Im not even sure this is the right place to complain but it must be done. The AI widgets that were forced onto my lockscreen is the most annoying useless and in the way app I have ever had the misfortune of seeing or unfortunately using in a sad attempt to remove just for it to reappear a few hours later. It is unwanted and invasive and will be the exact reason I never purchase another galaxy phone. I hate it is just not a strong enough word to explain the frustration of an unwanted app you can not remove. It literally blocks my finger print reader and kills my battery with the unwanted news it has built in. It also allows anyone to access your phone without the need to unlock it which is completely ridiculous. Please get ride of this unwanted unrequested feature that literally no one likes. Countless forums iv read of other people experiencing the same unwanted problem and un able to get ride of it.

I previously left a 4-star review because I genuinely loved Magica. At the time, I thought it was one of the best AI investments I had made. The daily credit system worked well, and I never felt like I was constantly running out of credits while creating my projects.

Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly.

The new credit system has completely changed how the platform feels to use. Credits disappear incredibly fast now, and in the middle of working on a project I'm forced to stop because I've run out. Then I have to either wait to see if additional credits are approved or purchase more just to continue what I was already working on.

As someone who creates ministry manuals, flyers, and other long-form content, this interrupts my workflow and makes the creative process frustrating instead of enjoyable.

If I'm paying for a subscription, I shouldn't feel like I'm constantly worrying about whether I'll have enough credits to finish a project. That's exactly how it feels now.

To be honest, if refunds were available for my lifetime subscription, I would seriously consider requesting one because this isn't the experience I originally purchased.

I still believe Magica has some excellent features, and I appreciate the work your team has done. However, the features that make Magica unique aren't the ones I use most. What I need is a platform that allows me to create without constantly running out of credits.

One of the reasons I continue to enjoy ChatGPT is that after I pay my monthly subscription, I can work for hours without wondering whether my credits will disappear before I finish a project. That reliability is extremely valuable.

I truly hope you'll reconsider the current credit system or provide a better option for subscribers who depend on the platform for serious content creation. I would love to be able to update my review again, but right now I can no longer recommend the platform with the same enthusiasm I had before.

my experience with Magica/Galaxy AI has been excellent, I am truly having fun, I am one those who are self taught and ready to jump in and all I can say about this product is that it is the best thing that could ever have happen in my life. Its a game changer

I was able to create a video clone without knowing what I was doing, and it took about 30 minutes. It is the best that I have used.

Magica AI is an incredibly impressive app. I’ve always wanted to create eye-catching posters and images, but I’m not a skilled artist, and this app makes it so easy. It can do so much more too, including turning pictures into full-motion video. The new interface is especially great because it gives you an assistant that simply follows your instructions and helps bring your ideas to life. Easy to use, creative, and genuinely fun — I highly recommend it

When "Magica" was GalaxyAI, the software had a lot of bugs to fix, could not get quality generations, had to many tools everywhere all around the platform which made the user interface very compacted with tools and features. Now Magica is everything I need for smooth and easy to use workflow and process when I'm building my systems for AIGC. I would recommend Magica for anyone who is starting out with AI and especially has an interest for AIGC!

This has really cut down on me signing up for multiple apps to do my marketing. Having 90% of programs in one place really is a game changer.

I enjoy the quality of the voice cloning and the ability to use my voice to read various scripts I've prepared. This saves me so much time and allows me to focus on other tasks. I also love using some of the graphics tools to generate images based on my very specific prompts. I love using all the tools and love that everything is always updating to offer a great experience for all users!

They got me. I bought the lifetime plan in December. I do a lot of different AI projects and purchased a lifetime subscription to Galaxi.ai, which would be a great way to fill gaps in my arsenal. I started with a seemingly high number of credits, 15M a month, plus free credits every day you came to the site. It boasted 4000 AI tools and access to each of the areas for TTV, TTP, and you could provide the images and use the tool interface directly. That was the bait, and now the switch. Coinciding with a name change, which I assume was to avoid being sued by Samsung for copyright infringement. The interface is now straight-up chatbot, and it decides how you spend your credit. Free credits are gone. The tool list is stripped. If you submit anything to the chatbot, it's 300k credits to ask it and 1.5M+ for a response. I spent a month's worth of credit on getting a flare on my logo. Never was able to do it. So I called out the bot and asked him if he was just putting out garbage so he could charge me. Of course, he apologized for making so much garbage. Then charged me 300k to apologize. Off the rails now, I told it what a pos it was, and it suggested that I contact customer service because he screwed up. 300+. I did, and I am still waiting for a response. So you think an AI reseller that has its own bots would dare come here and fake 1400 positive experiences? I can't prove it, but they are all 5-star, glowing, with no errors. Just saying. It's a scam. Save your money. Maybe I can make a video on Tube to get some of the money back.

I've been using

Bait n switch. The original agreement was for over 3000 ai tools. Paid versions like chat and grok included. Chat arena…video transcription etc. Now the new version is terrible. It is super slow and takes way more credits than before so you have to buy credits which is costing more than if I just paid for individual paid ai versions. Huge scam. Customer support takes a week to respond and they don’t address any of the questions and issues I brought up. Refuse to give a refund even though it’s a classic case of material misrepresentation and breach of contract. Buyer beware. Check other reviews and fb group for authentic information

I purchased a lifetime subscription when it was Galaxy.ai, which was a huge cost for someone on very limited income.
It was initially great and mostly reasonable with credit consumption. Suddenly, the second month, millions of credits started draining from basic research (no graphics). More than a million credits would disappear from just clicking the home button. I contacted them and was answered by AI. I sent a log and no further response.
They changed to Magica and now the credits just pour down the cyber toilet. It pretends to offer you to use the old user interface, however, when you click on the text box, it automatically opens a new window where you're forced to input into the new UI.
Simple questions take forever to process and the credit usage is insane.
I want the choice that I bought into (choosing my own AI according to the need) back. This is ridiculous bait and switch.
I've tried to open other tickets on credit consumption and there's no response.

Magica AI is an incredibly useful tool. It combines all the different AI tools and thus is a comprehensive platform, offering everything to everyone. I'm giving 4/5 stars because it is very expensive. In addition to the monthly subscription fee, you have to buy credits because generating documents or PowerPoints is very credit intensive and you run out of the 15M credits quickly.

This was initially a great site with many fun features and worth paying for. But sadly, many of the features were removed recently.

Beware' I am leaving a bad review, because no one answers you. I am not sure if this company has customer service. I no longer want this service. It promised 3000 apps. The apps that I used are gone, the service is not what it was when it was Galaxy. I have been trying for months to cancel it. I clicked the cancellation button and it doesn't work! Can you please cancel this service! I don't want to billed for another year.

I signed up for Galaxy.ai and was promised certain set of features and how credits were used.

Then without my permission they changed their offering with Magica. No longer could I use the AI tool I wanted to use. They decide that for me now. The time to answer questions has increased significantly.

The cost for the answers has also increased.

In short the forced migration from Galaxy.ai to Magica has not been smooth or pleasant.

The core product I paid for is different and features were stripped. This is breach of contract and has been completely misleading.

And no one ever comes onto the chats I initiated to discuss this.

I do not like the new format in magica I want to choose what tools I use not have someone else decide for me

App just gets better and more useful and easier to use as time goes on. I was just using it for fun but it's added so many useful app integrations that now it's part of my daily workflow. Lots of options and does what I need. I would like a feature for credits to be refunded if my first video creation is a little off but it's usually good enough. the lifetime access deal o got was definitely worth it.

Galaxi.ai was really solid. I signed up for a full year - thankfully not lifetime access. You used to be able to 'win' credits daily; that's gone. You used to be able to choose what models and constraints you wanted; that's gone too.
They went from being a DIY to a "we do it for you" black-box agent-only site. Not a good change. Their response is basically tough.

I've spent a lot of money over the years on courses, tools, and platforms trying to build out digital products and content for my business, so I'm honestly picky about what earns a spot in my workflow. Magica has surprised me.

What stands out most is how much it handles in one place. I can generate images, put together video content, get help with copy, and even run more technical tasks without bouncing between five different apps and subscriptions. For someone managing product creation, marketing content, and behind-the-scenes admin work solo, that consolidation alone is worth it.

A few things I appreciate specifically:

- It actually follows detailed instructions instead of flattening everything into generic output.
- The content generation quality (images and video) is genuinely usable, not just a rough draft I have to redo.
- It's flexible enough to handle both quick one-off tasks and bigger multi-step projects.
- Customer-facing content comes out looking polished rather than obviously "AI generated."

The learning curve is mild since it can do a lot, but once you get a feel for how to prompt it, it becomes a real extension of your own creative process rather than a tool you fight with.

I'd recommend it to anyone running a small business or building digital products who wants quality output without hiring out every single task.
