Great customer experience

We dealt with Ed in the sales team
We dealt with Ed in the sales team. He was very prompt at responding and keeping up updated on progress, once we had finally settled on a design.
We also had a tight schedule for receiving the finished items and he was able to escalate that so that we received them in plenty of time.
Would absolutely recommend; great customer service, great finished product

Absolute brilliant company from start to finish they make sure the detail to there work is upto standard before starting the work.
Had a little problem but it was quickly sorted and am more then happy am definitely ordering again just because the way they treat there customers

Smooth ordering process
I recently ordered some custom pin badges from Madly Merch and had a great experience. Andrew was very helpful and made the ordering process very smooth. The pins turned out beautifully and the quality is great and I plan on ordering again in the future. I was happy to find that this company that ships to Iceland!

Great experience with this company
Great experience with this company. We ordered 100 lapel pins for our Masonic Lodge members and Andrew and his colleagues were Brilliant. They helped with the design, the quality of the Lapel pins is superb and they were delivered quickly & on time. Great value for money too. Highly recommended
