Mad Kandi had the best customer service I’ve ever seen legit on par with Amazon. I previously bought the gengar spoon and it was very well used maybe a year after using it I noticed the spoon was a little loose (calm down it’s soldered on things like that can happen) I reached out and told them what happened within a week I had a new spoon and they even sent me free goodies for my trouble. Thank you so much Mad Kandi love you guys and will be buying the new spoon for my girl very soon.

Great product! My husband was thrilled. He is a network engineer and it even fooled him at first glance.

Shipping was quick and items are well made and exactly how pictured

Received the product really quickly! It was even more beautiful in person! Perfect accessory.

Customer service was very quick to reply and sorted out my issue. Chain had come off of the item and I needed it replaced, they helped out with setting up a replacement order right away and were fantastic!

They messed my order up and took too long to rectify the problem.

They messed up with my order:
1. One of the squirtle leg (left side) has yellow rhinestone when it suppose to be blue.
2. The pendant bail is suppose to be cubic zirconia, but you guys used white rhinestone instead
3. Lastly, the shades, on the right side, there is suppose to be 2 row of white rhinestones instead of 3

I contact them immediately after receiving the product via phone call and emails (twice) for an exchange or a return and still haven’t heard back from them.

2nd order for rave gear/got a Gengar pendant+minispoon/lasted ~1yr b4 wear n tear broke the spoon part off (nothing lasts 4ever :) & ordered/jus recieved dual dragon "flat metal shape" design (instead of the 3-D shiny"pops-out" pendant). Completely satisfied with both orders, the flat design is better for more use due to wear and tear whereas the Genar pendant one was more showy, but a little more delicate, very, very, very useful and appreciated.

Items break immediately and customer service will ignore you calls, voicemails, MULTIPLE emails over the course of several months, and texts. Do not suggest giving this company a dime of your money or time.

Never got my order. Reached out multiple times through various channels for updates and no response.

I paid for 2 day shipping as advertized when i bought the product it did not get here after 2 days of saying it was shipped. Why offer it at all? Should really specify on the website how long it really takes. I have emailed about this twice and have gotten to response so i got no other option than to review.

There is no customer service. I emailed customer service multiple times to return or exchange some of the product and got zero response. I'm not happy with the product or service at all.

I ordered the coco cola bracelet as a gift for my partner and it broke the day after receiving it. The spoon detached from the bracelet very disappointing. Order number #2954

Didn’t receive glass vial which was supposed to be included. The saber is nice but wish the spoon was thinner.

Shipping was quick. And came packed perfectly. But the quality of the spoon sheesh! It looks amazing and well made definitely gonna be ordering some more soon.
