SCAMMERS!!!! Ordered on 16th August still not arrived. Contacted customer service numerous times. Told me they would contact courier and let me know in 5 business days. Still no sign. Asked for a refund…no reply.

Like all the other comments are saying AVOID!! Scammers!! They take your money and the product does not appear. Tracking info disappears. Tried to get back on their site and my devices won’t allow me to access it. Message says ‘avoid unsafe site’. Wish I’d have read the reviews before I ordered this product.

TOTAL SCAM - ordered over 4 weeks ago - not arrived - refunded a refund - keep being told to be patient!!!

I thought they were scammers.
Went to check order status today 6/09/25, all delivery info is blanked out. Link expired to check delivery too. Avoid them!!
The leather repair with brush arrived a month later. Those who ordered this, should wait a little longer

Leather cream never turned up, I contacted customer service and they said it would arrive in 3-12 days…still not here….lets see how I get on with a refund!

Parcel not delivered. Tracking provided shows that parcel has not been collected by the courier. Customer service just say that the tracking information isn't always correct and they will contact the courier company for an update but they never come back to me. Will be raising this with my bank for a refund as I've never had tracking information that isn't correct and I suspect that this parcel will not arrive. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering.

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! Avoid like the plague!
Ordered leather product they show shipped reported to these scammers the tracking had wrong postcode on to what my ordered stated nearly 15 emails later still no where and they won’t credit me. I am reporting to bank and trading standards these people should not get away with it it’s theft at the end of the day! Facebook I am informing too I will not let this go!

Order came just a little later then expected but the leather cream and brush worked perfectly on my sofa, everything good.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and never received product plus no response from customer service. Wish I’d seen the reviews first! AVOID! SCAM!

Still waiting. A month now. No responses from 'customer care'. More like Customer couldn't care less. Be warned. It's supposed to be express delivery but really it's not. It doesn't bode well for the quality of the product.

I ordered from them on 3rd March and now its 24 July and items have still not arrived and I don't expect they ever will.
I've emailed several times and initially had answers from someone supposedly called Kevin, who just kept saying we will look into it and delivery days are only estimated.

The last email they bothered to reply to was on 26 May, so I'm not expecting my £55 back.
I've noticed on Facebook posts the others are saying the same thing. Bought something and its never arrived. Strong advise to AVOID.

Never received order after money had been taken

Its been nearly 3 weeks since i ordered leather oil and brush x2 £42.00 worth have emailed them 3 times no answer sent 3 messages no reply how long do you have to wait ?

Bestilte lipliner i start Maj, har endnu ikke modtaget varen. Kan gå ind på track af pakken - men den står stadig i første step - prøver så at kontakte leverings firmaet. For at komme igennem til deres online hjælp skal man betale ! det er jo grotesk. Lad endelig vær med at bestille her fra.

Do not buy from this site, it’s a scam. Bought 3 lip stains and they have never arrived. Emailed twice and just get a supposed shipping update with no details, not even a message back to explain. Now I’m trying for a refund! Total scam!!
