8 weeks and still no product!! Emailed several times - Cres just keeps telling me it will be looked into!!!!

Update - put a claim in via your bank - I have and it was refunded within a day

I didn't read these reviews before I bought the product... The product hasn't arrived and waiting for 2 long months...
Don't buy any product to this company!!!!

The one star is purely based on the fact that someone replies to emails
Still no product after 4 months
Initially they apologised for the delay in delivery , only to be informed in the latest email reply , thar on their records it looks like my product was delivered. Nothing on my ring doorbell for that day , but that doesn’t seem to matter .

This company is a scam. Do not do business with them.

Awful company. It’s a fake company, and thankfully my bank refunded me. The made pristine team will try and keep fibbing you off claiming all sorts of lies.

If I could give this company zero stars I would.
I ordered a leather repair kit 6 weeks ago and still no sign of it.
Complete scam, and when you contact them, they reply with the same generic email stating they are following up delivery information with the carrier, honestly a carrier pigeon would have been quicker to deliver.

Zero stars. Another SCAM website via a Facebook ad. Ordered two months ago. $$$ gone.

I have been waiting 2 month now for leather cleaner to arrive. Emailed company on October 20th to check on delivery status. Was advised it would be another 3-12 business days. So where is it?? I've sent another email and awaiting reply but don't hold up much hope. I've asked for a refund but I've looked at other reviews and customers still haven't been refunded.
Don't buy from this company.

Still waiting for a leather creme I bought back in September 2025; requested a refund under my consumer rights 3x and each time fobbed off and lied to about “unusual courier problem”.
Do not use this company.

If there were 0 stars that is what I would rate this company. It has been 2 months and I still have no product. They refuse a refund and all communications state they are sorry and to be patient. Patience ran out a long time ago. DO NOT purchase anything from this company!

Would leave no stars if I could. Waiting over two months for a product, refuse to give me a refund, doubt I'll ever receive it. Clearly just a scam.

Ordered a pot of leather cleaner over 7 wks ago and despite several emails it has still not arrived. They say it’s in transit and to be patient and have ignored my requests for a refund. I doubt it will ever come and I will now have to go through my credit card to reclaim the money owed.

Ordered product 9/28/25 and have not received it. Asked for a refund and was told it was in transit so they couldn't refund my money. This is a fraudulent scam!!!

I’m still waiting 6 weeks after ordering for my product and keep being fobbed off when I ask for a refund. I would not buy this product from this company if I were you. It’s clear to me this company needs reporting for false advertising and information and NOT following consumer rights.

Products come from china. Took over 2 months to arrive. Paid £20 for a pot the size of biscuit to supposedly cover a leather sofa for restoration. Was basically Vaseline type consistency and done nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They also refused to refund!!!!

Minus one star in fact. This company I swear seem to be behaving like illegal money laundering criminals. Ordered the infamous leather settee restorer in August and it arrived finally, a few days ago. I'd asked twice to cancel the order and asked for a refund which was denied and I was told to be patient as "it is still in transit". The product itself is rubbish. No instructions, small tin with an off centre label on it, a very soft brush like a shaving brush. About £22 wasted on this garbage. Came on Wednesday 29th October some time while we were away on holiday. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!! THEY ARE SHOCKING!!!
