i ordered 2 glass pannels for my stairs i worked out the angles and geometry needed for them, when the pannels arrived on the sharp angled corners where the change of direction was. The glass wasn't as straight as I would have expected from a laser cutting machine, looked like a defect really. disappointed considering the price.

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the finish of your glass panels. We take product quality very seriously and would certainly want to investigate any concerns with the finish, as this isn't the standard we aim to deliver.
We've tried contacting you to discuss the issue and would be more than happy to arrange a replacement. We hope you'll get back in touch so we can investigate and put things right for you.
Definitely Recommended.
Easy to order a custom sized piece of table top glass online. When it arrived it is a perfect fit. The company kept us informed every step of the way. Delivery was quick once the piece had been made. Would definitely buy from again.

No protection for delivery
I was surprised to find all the mirrors arrived without any protection and some were even scratched. The foil backing on a few mirrors was also damaged.

Svar från Made2Measure
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by some of your mirrors arriving scratched or with damage to the backing. Damage is very rare, so we’re sorry this happened with your order.
Our mirrors are deliberately delivered unpackaged on purpose-built glass racks in our specialist vehicles, as this is the safest way to transport them, allows inspection on delivery and avoids unnecessary packaging waste.
If any item does arrive damaged, we will always replace it. Please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to resolve this for you.

A dream come true
A dream come true. We've wanted to put mirrors behind our bottles on the bar for years. Finally it is done. We had a beautiful bronze colour bezelled. The difference is huge. They are quality mirrors at excellent value - half of what a local supplier quoted. There was a problem with one of them, and credit to their longer distances courier Fragolistics for picking up on it. Issue was acknowledged and resolved without problem. Thank you!!!

We’re sorry that one of the two pieces arrived at the incorrect size. As soon as we became aware via this review, we contacted you and have emailed offering either a replacement or a partial refund, and we’re currently awaiting your response.
We’ll investigate how the error occurred, but in the meantime we’re very happy to put this right for you as quickly as possible.
a 5 star experience
I was able to communicate with actual people, Chris, Natasha and Diane all went out of their way to help me fix an issue with my order (which was my fault). Then Andy the driver was also brilliant, going the extra mile to find my address. Personal, helpful, super friendly and engaged service. Made2Measure were a pleasure to deal with. The toughened glass shelves are great too and were a very good price. I had a truly 5 star experience from this company and highly recommend them.
