VOLEURS !!! J'ai déposé 50€ avec un bonus (75€). J'ai joué le bonus, et suis arrivée sur mes propres fonds (48,50€), le bonus était donc terminé et clôturé en tant que "Incomplet". J'ai ensuite gagné et fait une demande de retrait de 1000€. 5 jours plus tard (!!!!) je reçois un mail m'indiquant que 500€ ont été confisqués sous prétexte de non respect des conditions du bonus, bonus inexistant puisque terminé. J'ai contacté le support en ligne dans une colère noire et ils m'ont bloquée au lieu de résoudre le problème. À FUIR CE SONT DES VOLEURS

I am UK based and I can say they do pay out eventually, yes there is €100 minimum and it can be very slow sometimes almost 3 weeks, I've experienced this once. However majority of the time it's around 6 days. I did have an issue months ago when a withdrawal I had pending got cancelled because of the bonus t&C's, I hadn't read all the excluded games and won majority from a game that was in that list. I generally deposit and refuse a bonus now as if I win there is no breach of t&C's. I would say if you deposit and take a deposit bonus then go to terms and conditions to see which games are excluded (there is a lot) other than that it's an okay offshore casino compared to some I've used.

Scam! Won 350 they took 110 left me with 240 said i could withdraw as rejected withdrawal due to Christmas bonus. Played with my 240 with no bonus or wager won 700 withdrew instantly waited since 31 December, to get an email to say same thing about a bonus thay I didnt have or enter and they'd taken 460 and left me with 240 emailed and escalated after saying id report to adr for them to close my account and not get back to me. Reported and escalating this via court.

I am a UK resident and was able to register with MadCasino through their website, where I could select the United Kingdom as my country, enter a UK postcode, UK phone number and UK email address, and deposit funds using a UK bank account.

Only after this did I discover that MadCasino’s own Terms and Conditions state that UK residents are not allowed to register or use the site.

I contacted the company to request legitimate refunds for transactions that should never have been allowed to take place in the first place, given that UK customers are prohibited under their own rules.

MadCasino responded initially by stating they do not accept UK customers and claimed I had registered via an affiliate. However, I have video evidence showing that even when accessing the site directly (without any affiliate links or cookies), the registration process still actively allows UK users to sign up and deposit, with no KYC or location checks.

After I provided this evidence, all communication from MadCasino stopped. Despite being told my account and email had been “blacklisted”, I have continued to receive promotional emails, including a Christmas bonus offer.

This raises serious concerns:
• UK customers are clearly able to register and deposit
• No effective checks are in place to prevent prohibited players
• Refunds for transactions that should never have occurred are refused
• Communication stops once these issues are challenged
• Promotional emails continue despite claims of account bans

I am still seeking a proper response and a refund for funds taken in circumstances that should not have been permitted under the site’s own terms.

I am also in touch with Action Fraud in the UK and will pursue this further with the sites affiliated banking partners and providers should a resolution not be made - I’m sure they will be interested to know that they are facilitating this company taking unlawful payments from customers.

Je déconseille fortement ce casino. J'ai une demande de retrait de 800 € en attente depuis le 28 novembre 2024, et malgré le fait que tous mes documents d'identité (KYC) aient été validés avec succès, le casino refuse de libérer les fonds.

Le support client utilise systématiquement les mêmes excuses pour gagner du temps : "compte en cours d'examen", "veuillez patienter", "le service financier vérifie". C'est une stratégie claire pour ne pas payer les joueurs honnêtes.

Les points noirs :

Retraits bloqués sans aucune explication technique après validation du compte.

Service client évasif qui tourne en rond et ne donne aucune date précise.

Pratiques douteuses visant à pousser le joueur à bout pour qu'il perde patience.

Si vous tenez à votre argent, ne déposez pas ici. Un casino qui ne paie pas les gains de 800 € n'est pas un site fiable, c'est une arnaque. J'exige le paiement immédiat de mes gains.

Mentionnez la licence : Si vous connaissez leur licence (souvent Curaçao ou Malte), ajoutez dans votre message au support que vous allez contacter l'organisme de régulation.

Capture d'écran : Gardez bien une preuve de votre demande de retrait et de la validation de vos documents.

Ne jouez plus : Surtout, ne misez plus un centime et n'annulez pas le retrait, car c'est exactement ce qu'ils attendent.

I have won$250 and when I make a withdrawal the want some documents I have sent all my documents for verification and then they don’t want to make my withdrawal. So I recently made a withdrawal of €140 euros on 21/11/25 I thought I would cut my loses and take what I had won which is fine. Although when it comes out to withdrawing my money it’s just lie after lie after lie. Delays this. Still being reviewed. Wouldn’t go anywhere near this site if I was anyone. Obviously if this changes and they turn out to be legit and not a SCAM site I will be back to correct this review but to be honest I don’t think I’m going to see my money it’s just excuse after excuse Advice on my next steps would be great

J’ai fourni à 4 reprises les documents demandés rien à faire toujours un truc qui allait pas il m’ont rendu en bourique.
