When I was having issues with finding a way to pay (some things aren't available where I am located) they were very understanding and patient and helped me find a resolution to still be able to get my pokemon!
They helped me out loads n gave me my fav pokemon in shiney version (who I've been hunting for weeks now) so all in all 5 stars well deserved!
