A little bit late on paycheck but everything worked out in the end

My experience was great here, the project manager is profesional enough and working environment is good too. But there're things that need to be improved. The first is honesty of freelance contracts. On my contract with the project manager is every 10 days payment, but actually happen is 1 month after i work, it's actually not that bad if the contract really said 1 month because of the review process of the work, It's always better to make trust to the freelancer, so they can work as good as company want. The second is, sometimes the project manager give pressure to make us faster on completing the task, it's actually annoying and make us uncomfortable.

Payments are delayed for too long.

Definitely a great experience, good work environment. Everything is going well from work ethic, accuracy and payment on-time. You need to manage time perfectly as they highly expected that from you.

My latest experience working as a transcriber started from here, it was a pleasure working with Mr. Alok and Abhishek, although in the beginning the payment was a bit late, but the next one was smooth. Hopefully, it will always go smoothly in the future.

The instructions provided for conducting the project in the first place was helpful. Despite the patience and understanding of the managers, we did not receive constant updates. And also it was said that the project will last for 1 to 3 months and we completed the tasks within 24 hours, but we did not receive any further tasks. Although The payments were done and I am happy for that, but it took few weeks which was too much. Despite all scarcities and challenges I can say it was a beautiful collaboration we had and I am happy for that. I learned a lot and gain more practical experience.

Simple task, detailed project instruction, good payment. Overall it was a good company to work with. Thank you Macgence.

I was recruited for a job in an external platform but from the beginning they associate the working email with the wrong language and every report of the issue to being fixed never was heared. After a month and don't know how many report here and there they seems just like properly scammers.

Macgence was so awesome to work with. I enjoyed great support and communication while working with them. I am definitely looking to do same again very soon.
