I bought a jacket and it looks weeks to deliver and it's cheap and nasty they are a nightmare when you want to return it offering you 15% and tell you to keep it or give it to a friend bloody jokers stear clear of them

Absolute crap product, seriously it came from Temu at 3x the price. Totally untrustworthy company avoid at all cost.
Took weeks to arrive and when I questioned the on the manufacturer of the product they lied.

This company is ripping off its customers with extremely cheap and shiny PRINTED polyester tat described as "jumpers" - a football jersey would be more stylish. I too wished that I had seen the reviews before ordering. Although I asked what material the product was made from, they did not provide the information - just lots of quite well-written emails to imply they were looking into it. Nasty stuff which I should be embarrassed to give to a charity shop. Certainly will not attempt the ridiculous and costly procedure to return and don't believe I would get a refund anyway. AVOID MABELANDMAE!!!

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I thought I was ordering a wool jumper but ended up with some cheap polyester tat. This item was reduced from £100 on their website. The ‘thing’ I received isn’t even worth £1 ! Now have the hassle of having to send it all the way back to Asia if I want a refund. Avoid like the plague.

Delivery time!! Return policy! Material of garment not as photo indicated! Will never use again🤨

The web page for this company indicated London based. Not so. They are in China. The return address on the package is Feltham, London. Not so. to return it to China will cost circa £20.

I have received my item after 2 months of waiting.The jacket is totally different from the picture.Sizing is wrong too.Return is hassle because the company is not in London is in China.If you want to save your nerves please avoid this company

Untrustworthy. They pretend they are a London company which they are not. just a load of e mails giving various guff. tracking not worth he paper it is written on. now saying courier has system problems. goods never received. will have to try for refund via bank

Goods not at described. Goods have to be returned to Asia China costing £20 or more. Return address used by many other people. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam

AVOID THIS RETAILER LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Fabrics are rubbish, fit not good and they take far too long to arrive because they give no hint in the adverts that goods are shipped from China and you are expected to send returns there. If you decide not to jump through hoops organising customs forms and sending expensive return parcels you are offered a paltry percentage to keep the garment and "perhaps give to a friend"!!!! What a load of rubbish certainly won't order again. Given the option would not even have given one star.

Company positions itself falsely as a London based retailer, it isn’t, it’s in Asia. Took 2.5 weeks for delivery with multiple updates to say on its way. Product was cheap and nasty material unlike advertisement. Returns very difficult with requests for photos, packaging, hand written notes and more. AVOID

Ordered from Mabel & Mae Boutique London - its not anywhere near London. Item arrived late, REALLY poor quality, not as described. Returns require shipping to China despite claims of local processing. Refused full refund unless I pay international return costs including customs and duties and you only have 14 days topo get it back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered Christmas jumper arrived 29th December. Advertised as jumper but it’s polyester neck opening far too small for an adult . I asked for refund explaining in full it was not as advertised and sizing for child head with adult body. All website info says English based but it comes from China and they expect you to send it back at your cost and I know you do not get a refund. Total scam do not deal with this company

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Don’t be scammed “cashmere” is cheap polyester. Can’t be bothered, as cross as I am, to try and return just hope nobody else falls into the same trap. Sadly makes you think twice about buying from reputable on-line companies

Ordered a Xmas jumper. Took forever to get here. Arrived 29th of December, what a load of tat, I Ordered a size 10, it was as big as an XL in a cheap variation of polyester absolutely dreadful, would not put on my dog, that is if I had one! Sent an email asking for a refund, what I got in return was a request to list several reasons why I was asking for a refund? After checking other customer reviews(only wish I had checked these people out before ordering) I normally do. I know I won't get anywhere sending this item back and costing me money to do so, would be a complete waste of time and money. (It is now in the bin)
Please folks give this customer a miss, I wish I had.

Total scam company. I ordered two Christmas jumpers on the 16th December and were delivered on the 30th December from China. They didn’t look anything like the description and were of very poor quality. Avoid this company. Rip off merchants.

Not even a one star. What a load of rubbish- shapeless and awful material. Can't return for a refund - no means available. Total waste of money - a scam!
