Purtroppo, come altri, mi sono accorto troppo tardi delle cattive recensioni che questo sito possiede.
La storia è la stessa in tutti i casi, si acquista un prodotto che non arriva mai, quando si tenta di mettersi in contatto con l’azienda è un’impresa impossibile: via telefono ci si imbatte in una voce automatica “Tutti gli operatori sono occupati” e invita a scrivere una mail, quando si scrive una mail spesso non si ottiene risposta e quando succede sono sempre informazioni molto vaghe sui tempi di attesa.
Dopo settimane se non mesi di attesa si perde la pazienza e si decide dunque di chiedere l’annullamento dell’ordine e il reso dell’importo.
Ed ecco l’inganno: l’azienda, da loro condizioni di vendita, si riserva il diritto di trattenere il 20% dell’importo speso per “costi di gestione”.
Su un’ impianto frenante da € 1700 sono più di € 300 che si trattengono.
MA QUALI COSTI DI GESTIONE?
Non c’è alcun dubbio che si tratti di una truffa a questo punto.
L’unico modo per scampare il raggiro è quello di richiedere un CHARGE BACK alla banca, che con dovute prove (conversazioni e-mail), chiederà lo storno dell’importo intero in quanto il prodotto non è stato ricevuto. Si tratta di un sistema di tutela per il consumatore proprio per questo genere di cose, che ormai tutte le banche ne sono provviste.
Infatti l’azienda non ha alcun diritto di trattenere il 20% dell’importo con la scusa dei “costi di gestione” se poi non può dimostrare di avere effettuato l’ordine e successivamente spedito.

The story is the same in all cases, you buy a product that never arrives, when you try to contact the company it is an impossible feat: when you call them you come across an automatic voice "All operators are busy”and invites you to write an email, when you write an email you often don't get an answer and when it happens there is always very vague information on waiting times.
After weeks or months of waiting, you lose your patience and therefore you request the cancellation of your order and the return of the amount.
And here's the scam: the company, from their terms of sale, reserves the right to withhold 20% of the amount spent for "management costs".
On a € 1700 braking system, more than € 300 are retained.
BUT WHAT MANAGEMENT COSTS?
There is no doubt that it is a scam at this point.
The only way to escape the scam is to request a CHARGE BACK from the bank, which with due evidence (e-mail conversations), will ask for the reversal of the full amount as the product has not been received. It is a consumer protection system for precisely this kind of things, which now all banks are equipped with.
In fact, the company has no right to withhold 20% of the amount under the excuse of "management costs" if it cannot prove that it has placed the order and subsequently shipped.

Anyone bought from this website recently? I’m from Singapore and I ordered an exhaust system with a rear diffuser. Paid everything in full already but got no shipping updates or any kind of updates for that matter even after writing to them countless of times. They just said that they are closed and on holiday when I requested for a refund. Spent $504.25 Euros and that is $804.57 Singaporean Dollars. How is this company still allowed to sell things , take money from customers and not deliver the items and get away with it?????? Crazy injustice. Anyone who has managed to get their items or refund without any problems please do share with me how you went about it? Thank you so much guys. Anyone who is reading this and haven’t bought from M4tuning before. Please don’t. Don’t let this company blatantly rob you and escape Scott free.

J'ai passé une commande il y a quelques jours, je n'avais pas fait gaffe que c'était de la production sur commande (ils n'ont pas de stock).
Je prend contact avec le service client qui me dit qu'ils sont pas disponible avant septembre et qu'il n'est pas possible ce faire un remboursement sans perdre 20% du prix de la commande!
Je déconseille fortement ce site Internet qui à une façon de fonctionner très spéciale et pas rassurante!

Der absolut schlechteste Shop, extrem Kundenunfreundlich!
Ich habe mehrfach nach der Homologation für eine Hydro tre Auspuffanlage für meine MV Agusta nachgefragt und keine Antwort bekommen. Nachdem ich den Auspuff bestellt habe hat man mir mitgeteilt dass der Auspuff noch für Euro 4 homologiert ist. Ich wollte die Bestellung am nächsten Tag stornieren worauf man mir mitgeteilt hat dass der Auspuff schon produziert wäre. Bei einem Keramikbeschichteten Auspuff der angeblich nur auf Kundenbestellungen produziert wird ist das schlicht unmöglich. Ich müsse demnach 20% des Kaufpreises bezahlen. Dies ist laut AGB aber nur der Fall wenn die Anlage geliefert wurde und retourniert wird. Die angebliche Chefin zeigte keinerlei entgegenkommen und man hat die 20% einbehalten.
Ich kann den Shop nicht empfehlen. Der schlechteste Service den ich je erlebt habe.

Worst experience while ordering online I have ever had. The most disgusting scam ever. Have payed 600 euros for an exhaust system. Then got no confirmation. Customer service just tells me to contact the bank which has no results. Then they block my mobile number and just answer to email automatically. They're sammers, DO NOT ORDER.

Sur ce site vous commandez puis vous n'avez plus de nouvelles de votre commande.
Les semaines passent et ils vous envoient un message laconique du genre vous recevrez votre produit vers telle période.
Votre commande est en cours de production , vous la recevrez dans 15 jours puis 1 mois etc...
Ensuite ils vous disent que l'annulation n'est pas possible .
Ils font allègrement usage du mensonge et du chantage.
Bref ils prennent votre argent et basta.
Heureusement que j'avais payé par PayPal . Sinon vous êtes bon pour faire marcher l'assurance de votre carte bleue , si cela fonctionne.

Worst customer service ever.. They just want their 20% cancelling fee..
Tried ordering some rotors from M4Tuning recently, notcied disclaimer and tried getting in touch with them but no answer after multiple e-mails.. ordered anyway as was able to ensure express shipping, paid extra and all for shipping.
They sent me a vague e-mail saying I'd get my rotors in september, despite product being listed as "in-stock" and tried to get back in touch with them concerning a cancelation, and got the worst customer service I've ever had, they basically told me to either wait 2 months for brakes or give them 20% of order value to cancel order ... now I'm out of pocket and trying to go through paypal just to try and get my money back !

I was looking to buy headers for my motorcycle (item detail : 71661MI arrow headers), I noticed on the website they mentioned to contact them to ask if the item is available before placing the order to ensure availability and confirm delivery times.
So I emailed them on three different occasions (please see attached document for email trails). I asked them clearly if the item was available to order and they told me that it was available and advised me to order it and reassured me that the item will be shipped within 3-4 days.
So, I placed my order for the arrow headers, received my confirmation email as a standard no issues at all till that point. Four days went by and I have not received any email confirmation or any update on my delivery date, so I contacted them for an update.
They said that the item was not in stock and the order was sent to arrow for manufacturing. I was shocked when I heard that because I asked them before placing this order if the item was available as mentioned above.
I only placed this order on the basis that the item was available and from experience I know that ordering an exhaust might be a lengthy process and can take several months to be produced and shipped which I tried to avoid hence I emailed them prior to placing this order.
When I confronted them with the emails I’ve sent prior to placing the order, where I asked if the item was available, they basically replied back saying that the shipment will be ready in 3-4 days not the delivery. I struggled to understand their concept what’s the difference between shipment and delivery.
They clearly manipulating and misleading costumers with wording which doesn’t actually make sense in English, please see email trails attached.
Since I find this situation unacceptable I asked for a full refund because I don’t want to wait , they got back to me saying that if I need a refund they will cut 20% of the total amount as they already placed an order with the manufacturer and asked me to read T&C. They basically gave me two options either wait or take a 20% cut.
I believe that they are clearly manipulating people to place orders when the items they sell don’t physically exist by lying to customers and playing in wording. By imposing their 20% cut refund policy they push people to wait indefinitely for their orders. Most manufacturers are not operational at the moment which means I am going to be waiting for at least 2 months to get my order. If I knew they don’t have the item in stock I would have never placed this order.
I never seen anything like this in my life it the 21st century this shouldn't be happening to customers, feels like I am dealing with the mafia, taking customers money by twisting their arm.
I don’t want this to be happening to anyone in the future as it can make you really frustrated and get you down.
For the record I received my item after 17days which was better than I thought but again they need to change their wording on their website as to many similar complaints which is clearly an ongoing issue with other customers.
