If somebody asked me what is actually wrong I would struggle to point at one thing. It is that every interaction beyond playing a game takes three times longer than it should and finishes with someone telling me to wait. The games work. Everything around the games is where it falls apart, and that turns out to matter more than I expected.

case 84512. day one, acknowledged. day three, asked for ID. day three, sent ID. day six, asked for ID again. day six, sent ID again. day nine, told the case was being closed for lack of information. the information was a bonus dispute, not an identity question, and nobody at any point explained why ID was needed for it.
