I now join the many ladies voicing on how badly mag bridal handles any returns and how rude they are at just plain ignoring the messages we send them. They say leave message we will get back to you shortly but they never do. Their sizing is the worst yet and I am now out over $400 for two outfits I ordered for my grandsons wedding Was told to get local dressmaker to fix problem and that maybe they could send extra fabric to add to them.Told also shipping costs to China is very costly but bet it isn't worth losing my money.Buyers beware if you have problems with them you will get zero help

The worst garment I have ever seen or purchased. Return policy is 0 except for shipping. Dress did not fit, had stiff stays up seams which was not stated in description, does not look at all like the picture provided. Do not use this company.

I was not pleased with quality of the brides of the mother pants suite and how the outfit fit me so I wanted to return it. Their customer support kept giving the run around and not providing instructions for return. Be sure to check out their return policy - it is TERRIBLE. I will not do business with Magbridal again.

I'm not sure what kind of people wrote these negative comments. I just received my custom sized wedding dress, within the time frame expected, leery of ordering such an important garment online, it is amazingly beautiful! Great quality and just better than I had imagined. Shopping around at boutiques and seeing the dresses they have at 3-4 times the price of what I paid? Take a chance on this company. I was not disappointed.

I ordered 2 dresses for my sons wedding. They're sizes run way smaller than normal. Neither dress worked. I contacted them and they acted like they cared, ask me to take my measurements and send pictures of he dresses on and never replied back. I am out $197.00 and have 2 dresses that I'll never wear!!! I would never recommend using this web site!!

Buyer Beware!!! I ordered a flower girl dress in ivory. It is actually crisp white. I also ordered the bow in wisteria (grayish purple). It arrived and not only was the ivory dress WHITE, but it wasn't just the bow that was colored, but the whole lining. And the color was more of an Easter Lilac. It's absolutely hideous and we cannot use it for the wedding as the colors are all wrong. The bride isn't even wearing white- her dress is ivory.

I asked to return the dress as per the MagBridal website, but they don't take returns. This company has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If your ivory dress is white, then too bad for you. I would never order from them again.

There rude no one communicates with u orderd a pink got a coral orange said its different lighting it looks different the fabric awful.

There are no returns or exchanges and they don't speak, read or write English well enough to communicate. I sent emails and pictures and tried their online chat and called them and finally asked my Chinese friend call them, but they absolutely refused to exchange a dress clearly sent in the wrong color fabric. They will not admit the mistake--they claim it's my monitor. (I ordered a burgundy purple dress and received a brick red one--nowhere near it in tone or hue.) I've spent 10 hours+ trying to work with them and only receive maddening form response emails "Welcome you to buy from us. Contact us freely." Their hours are 8pm EST to 9am. My Chinese friend says US consumers expect fairness and it's just not that way in Asia. BUYER BEWARE. We got burned. We bought 6 dresses for $44/each but can only use 4. I will NEVER buy from them again. They are rude on the phone, ridiculous in their written communication and unwilling to exchange or fix their own mistakes.

Ordered my wedding dress in a custom color. It came in perfect condition and the quality was amazing. I took my dress to a bridal salon and they couldn't believe I only spent 200. Dollars on it. It was better quality then most of there designer gowns, costing hundreds more. Very happy I took a chance. I cried happy tears. More money for my honeymoon!

Bad quality. Awful customer service. I purchased a dress that was sent to me with bad quality material, also a front opening that should have been made of same main dress color was made of two different colors with a lining fabric at that. One month later they are still not recognizing their error and not refunding my total purchase . They just keep emailing saying what a great dress they made and if you call their number they tell you email and then just hang up the phone... Awful service. I had to purchase another dress for my daughter's wedding. J Mitchell
