I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with LyteHosting has been beyond frustrating. After purchasing their hosting service, I’ve been left with no support and no resolution for Weeks. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their support team through various channels, I’ve received no response.

Here’s what I’ve encountered:

Lack of Support: I’ve reached out multiple times, only to be met with complete silence. It's unacceptable to spend money on a service and get no response when issues arise.

No Transparency: There is no clear information about response times or any indication of when my issue would be resolved. The lack of communication is frustrating, and it's been weeks without any follow-up.

Unresponsive Customer Service: I've tried every method of contact, and they just don’t reply. It seems impossible to get any kind of resolution. No acknowledgment of my concerns, no help with my situation—just silence.

I wouldn’t recommend LyteHosting to anyone looking for reliable hosting or customer service. At this point, it feels like they’ve taken my money and disappeared. If you’re considering using their services, think twice.

I’ve been left with no choice but to escalate my complaint and seek a refund through other means. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I have.

Lytehosting has unfortunately become one of the worst hosting platforms I’ve ever used. A few months ago, their services were commendable, but it seems there has been a change in management that has led to a significant drop in quality.

I currently have over eight domains hosted on their platform, and I am counting the days until they expire so I can move them elsewhere. Here are the key issues I’ve faced:

Customer Support: They are extremely slow to respond to inquiries, leaving customers stranded for days or weeks without resolutions.
Funds Management: They have been holding my funds hostage for weeks now, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Overall Service Quality: The platform’s performance and reliability have deteriorated drastically, making it a source of constant frustration.
If you value your mental health and business operations, I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I will provide updates to this review as the situation evolves. For now, I urge others to be cautious and seek alternative hosting providers.

I can't even recommend to my enemy, customer service is the worst I have ever seen, they will take 24 hours to reply your ticket and still end up asking you what your problem is after you already sent them the details in first ticket, just avoid them I really regret using them

Lytehosting need to shut down for Good

I don't regret using lytehosting. They remain the best and the most affordable hosting company in Nigeria. They prompt to response. If I can give beyond 5 stars, I will definitely do. I will use you again and again as well as recommending your service to friends and family.

Their customers support is bad, they will not handle you problem on time, change policy at will without informing the users, they don't keep to their words, I requested for refund from them because the service was not what dey said dey offer, up till now I haven't gotten the refund ticket as not been updated going 2 weeks now, I won't advise anyone to use their services

Great experience and good customer service. But I often experience downtime during midnight. Please this needs attention. Changes to production stage can occur anytime from respective teams, but this is a setback for them.

I'm having problem with PHPMailer configuration, can some one help me to do that?

As far as I have experienced, this hosting company does not offer reliable support. They don't respond to issues when reported.
Their presence is never seen neither on Facebook support, web support, whatsapp support.

I wouldn't recommend Lytehosting.com to anyone who is looking for a serious minded hosting company.
