Tried to register my Bottleneck wristband and number wasn't recognized. Went to the Lyte tent at the venue and they told me my ticket had been resold, which I never did! Staff was beyond rude and dismissive, said there was nothing they could do, took my wristband and made me purchase another wristband for $359!!! I got scammed by them and they couldn't have cared less.

I'm a First Responder and was looking forward to attending the Gulf Coast Jam. I wasn't sure if I could purchase a ticket for my Husband & Mother for the First Responder discount. When I inquired about it there were three tickets available. When I finally received an answer the tickets were no longer available. Now I'm on a waiting list and haven't heard anything yet.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!
Disgusting, unethical, zero integrity!! I noticed on the Lyte App that my Bruce Springsteen tickets were visible but labelled ‘INVALID’. After some digging it explained Festicket had gone into administration however Lyte were sending out email links to those affected and giving the opportunity to purchase the same ticket at the same price (with a deadline of 28 April). They also gave advice on how to possible retrieve payment lost ie via bank charge back. I also purchased ticket protection who are also avoiding the issue!
I have emailed Lyte several times prior to the above deadline as I have heard nothing in return nor had an email with any link.
I am over £400 out of pocket for the 4x tickets showing in my account as ‘INVALID’. There is no way to contact them other than an email form but receive no response. I am still waiting Lyte for resolution!!
Please avoid this company. 1 star review is too good for this company, if I could they would have zero stars!

I rebought tickets from lyte after festiticket went into administration - ref no 3951394. I bought and PAID for these tickets 23/4. I still don’t have any bookings showing in my lyte account, Iv sent 3 emails to lyte, one of which I got a poor response on which didn’t resolve my problem and I’m STILL no more the wiser as to the status of my order, why my bookin isn’t showing in my account or whether my tickets are secured!! I need an update on this ASAP! This is really poor service!!!

Lyte inc Ltd Uk shocking customer service lies is costing me a fortune!
Wrote a negative on platform a few weeks ago and submitted additional documentation as requested by the vendor.
To recap: Purchased 2 accommodation package for Southport Weekender 2024 for 8 people and contacted Lyte to find out whether i could change one of the package. I was advised by Victoria Huzzey of Lyte to purchased another package and to contact her for a swap and a refund.. I am now stuck with this accommodation and now liable to pay £1277 for it. If I cancel any deposits is lost and could affect my credit rating.
I am now in the process of seeking assistance from my credit card bureau but i have to allow the payment to go through before claiming back via mastercard chargeback scheme.
Trading standards have taken on this case and I am now mounting a legal challenge to Lyte, their CEO Anthony Taylor and the adviser who started this fiasco!
The worse thing is that this company has not even reached out apart from forwarding me a stock email stating no refunds. Maybe the adviser should have told me this vital information at the time instead of advising me to purchase a new package in order to swap and have refunded the one package no longer required.
As mentioned in my original post: shocking customer service and experience.
Out of principle I will continue to write my experiences on this platform to highlight and warn others of the shortfall of this newly formed company.

Lack of good communication
I purchased tickets to Gulf Coast Jam from an acquaintance and the only way to get the ticket from her was to purchase it through a link via lyte. Now I’m stuck with this terrible service. Since said purchase, I cannot attend the event and I live out of state making the ticket harder to sell.
The process of selling my ticket has been a nightmare because people don’t trust anyone posting about a ticket due to scammers.
I cannot post my ticket to other ticketing sites since you can only buy my ticket through a link on lyte and my ticket isn’t elligible for a return.
The biggest issue is lyte does not have anyone to speak to on the phone. Some issues are too complicated to resolve via email, and lead to lots of miscommunication. I’ve been talking in circles via email with a representative for over a month and I know no more than I did when I first emailed him.
We’re 2 months from the event and I’ve been trying to figure this out for 4. I’m about to be out $550, and lyte doesn’t seem to be in any rush to help or understand.
The silly thing is if they offered a service on their site to sell my ticket for me, I would happily take a loss as long as I could earn back some of my money. Then they would get more of my money anyways.

Horrendous approach to customer service
Horrendous approach to customer service. Since they took over from Festicket when it went bust, I have been trying to rebook my Bruce Springsteen tickets before the Lyte imposed deadline of 28 April.
I have submitted mutiple tickets and had zero contact back. It feel just like the experience I had before Festicket went under, so perhaps Lyte is heading in the same direction...
No refund
Still waiting for my refund from Star wars celebration 2023 got told it would be in my PayPal Tuesday the 11th of April, but after not receiving it I had to email them for them to tell me it was delayed, they didn't think to send out emails to let anyone know.
There reply I did receive said I would get it by Thursday the 13th April and it's now Friday the 14th still nothing, have emailed them twice yesterday asking for updates and nothing back, the bot chat on their website doesn't help at all. They took at least £50 profit from my ticket so for sure why it's taken so long
I know multiple other people still waiting on their money to, can we have a update please!?

Lyte are currently withholding both mine, and a number of other customers ticket return money from Star Wars Celebration due to an alleged “technical fault” with their PayPal.
I have had to raise several support tickets as they continue to close and/or ignore them, and my request to speak to their head of customer services have been ignored or have been unfulfilled. I was also speaking with somone on their Facebook Messenger who is now ignoring me.
In effect they are holding money they owe me and I have no way of knowing when it’s coming as they apparently lack the competence to tell me.
Avoid this company, avoid companies that work with them. You cannot trust them.

Lost a lot of time and money from their logistical error
After doing a Coachella weekend swap Lyte has made a logistical error and set my 3 tickets to Will Call when I have already paid $29 USD for shipping, and $150 USD "Convenience Fee" in my original order. I only checked my AXS page because there's still no tracking number sent for Weekend 2. Now Lyte's customer support insists they won't ship it, AXS says there is "no way they will ship it now" and AXS confirms this is 100% Lyte's responsibility for changing to Will Call. We don't live in the country and are flying in the day of the event, so we are dependent on getting it shipped. And then we have to spend even more time and money to pick it up? What "convenience" did we pay for? We should either have it express shipped to us or reimbursed the $179 USD + tax (and tbh extra for the huge INconvenience and fiasco).
