I can not get my tickets
I can not get my tickets, I ordered them way back on the 7th of February,
I have sent countless emails but still don't have my tickets.
Been intouch with seller but still no tickets all they say is we will get back to me. The link to the tickets will not work.
Purchase others for family and friends and there link work and they have even updated there link????

Saphia was super helpful. We had our wires crossed in the beginning but Saphia stayed professional and was understanding especially considering the multiple panicked emails I sent. I had accidentally missed a payment and my plan was cancelled so as you can imagine I had bombarded Lyte Support with emails. The only thing I didn’t like was the time difference as I’m in New Zealand and the service is based in the US, the response time is also slower. All in all, awesome service from Saphia and the Lyte team! Thank you so much for your help and resolving my issue!!! 😊

Bruce Springsteen BST
Same problem as Christine re. Thursday Bruce Springsteen hyde park ticket, messaged Lyte about 5 times since early last week, first time i was told my ticket would be in the BST app by July 1st, all the other times by July 4th, and nothing. Just my proof of order in the Lyte link they sent.

You need to download the BST app, sign up with email you purchased your tickets with, the tickets will show up in the bst app not the lyte app.

I am still waiting for my Bruce Springsteen tickets for Thursday6 July. Emailed twice but just received a reply to follow the link that isn’t allowing me to download the tickets. Getting worried
3 July: without ANY communication from Lyte I had an email from AXS regarding my Bruce Springsteen tickets. All now downloaded. The lack communication from Lyte was disappointing to say the least and stressful. Had I been scammed. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Bought Springsteen tickets for the BST Hyde Park show via Festicket. Like many others I then tried to repurchase them via Lyte - directed by the organisers! After multiple support tickets and weeks and weeks I finally was able to purchase them again. It's now less than a week to go and I still don't have any tickets, just a confirmation I've paid. It looks like I don't actually own them at all, but am waiting for someone to return theirs?! Not what I signed up for - I bought tickets myself, not a resale. No response to yet another support ticket yesterday either. Terrible service for most of it, it feels like I'm being scammed!

I bought tickets for the wrong day in error
I bought the wrong tickets by mistake so I emailed to request a swap to a different day. It took a few days to get a response but it was clear I just needed to purchase more tickets for the correct day before I could get a refund which I did. I then received a response a few days later confirming my refund . All painless, the only negative thing would be the response time.
