LyricEdits allows musicians to upload their songs and get a lyric video made with AI in minutes. The resulting video matches the lyrics and mood of the song. The lyrics are transcribed automatically and displayed on the video by default, but that can be turned off to make a music video. The real-time editor allows customizing any aspect of the video: art style, palette, scenes, fonts, etc.

An excellent site and very addicting.

I've started using LyricEdits I think in March of 2026. I'm
not that computer savvy, but did manage to figure it out and still learning.
I have nothing but good things to say about LyricEdits. The customer service is beyond amazing. Any problem or question and I get a response within 24-48 hours and from a human. Marc the owner / co-founder has always been there for me!

I am shocked to see any negative…

I am shocked to see any negative comments--- We are in a merging offering here--and i seem to think the issues are with the 'users' rather than the service-of LyricEdits... the complainers are obvious frustrated 'unseasoned' participants`.. Seriously dudes!!-- pay attention to details--Don't just assume that your shortcomings will be made sparkling clean.. Do your research and be prepared ... Yeah, it can sometimes be like we are trying to catch a moving train---But LyricEdits is the Real Deal..!--The mistakes I made were Mine-- and they helped me make them right!!!

Did not lip sync

Did not lip sync my song. It only generated AI images and gave them captions. It also took a while for it to finish.

Thanks for your feedback, I understand where the confusion may have come from.

LyricEdits works in two steps. First, it generates the visual storyboard as images based on your song. Then, you can turn those images into video clips. The initial result you saw is just the first step of that process.

Lip sync is available, but it’s part of the premium features and isn’t included in the free trial.

Regarding speed, generation times can vary depending on the length of the song and the current demand, but we’re continuously improving performance.

Cheesy AI slop with extortionate pricing for any degree of control

This platform is widely recommended by chatGPT as a straight forward lyric video creating in-browser solution. WRONG. Everything is behind a paywall and if you want to upload your own image instead of using their AI generated slop as a background - or even change the font - you have to pay £70 a month for a LIMITED AMOUNT of credits. The lyrics are completely inaccurate and you can't paste your own text - even though chatGPT said you would. It's disgusting this exists and scams people, and I don't know if they paid money to chatGPT to get recommended by them but they shouldn't be recommended to noone for this slop they offer. I've started and immediately deleted the account when I realised how expensive it was for the quality of slop it offers. They don't have a Trustpilot presence until now. Please do not get scammed. I almost did but had enough sense to try out the free version first.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I want to clarify a few points, because some of the information here isn’t accurate and could mislead others.

LyricEdits does offer a free trial. You can generate a full preview of your video without paying. Certain features, like uploading your own images or exporting without watermark, are part of the paid plans, and this is clearly outlined on our pricing page. However, basic editing actions like changing fonts are completely free.

Regarding pricing, all our plans are listed in USD, not GBP, so the £70/month figure mentioned doesn’t reflect our actual pricing.

On lyrics: while pasting full lyrics isn’t supported yet, you can edit any part of the transcription directly inside the editor if something isn’t accurate.

We also want to clarify that we have no affiliation with ChatGPT and have never paid for recommendations. What external tools or platforms say about LyricEdits is outside of our control.

Finally, LyricEdits works differently from traditional editors, and there can be a learning curve. That’s why we provide a 3-minute demo video showing exactly how the platform works and what kind of results you can expect. We strongly recommend watching it before jumping in.
