Lyons Bowe Solicitors - Frome Omdömen

Maisie was patient, helpful and proactive, none of which has been my experience buying or selling property before now

Our experience was very positive. In particular our meeting to discuss the arrangements for our Will with Tazmin was very good. We felt very listened too and everything was explained very clearly. The Will was with us the next day to check and posted immediately on our approval. A very positive experience

Good service received from Abi Gallop. I was kept up to date on proceedings and she worked quickly and efficiently.

The service we’ve received has been prompt and professional. We’ve been kept updated at all stages and will be recommending Lyons Bowe Solicitors to family and friends.

Handled the recent sale of my property in Weston Super Mare competently but I was totally frustrated with the Portal/App you're asked to sign into. The only document it contained was the Onboarding letter and nothing from the sale process despite receiving several emails stating "We have an update for you on your sale. There has been an update on your matter. This will be reflected on your App and communication from the team managing your file will be received shortly". The update and/or document never appeared. I did report my concerns, but they were never resolved.

Professional and Helpful
My partner and I have been dealing with Shriyanthi in the selling of our property and the purchasing of another . Shriyanthi has been so professional .Questions and any queries raised regarding both have been dealt with very quickly which we have found so helpful in what can be such a stressful time. A very big thank you.

Professional support and prompt assistance

We are at the early stages of selling a house and have been dealing solely with Macy Box at the Frome office. She has answered our many questions, provided us with information and generally looked after us extremely well at what is a very emotional time. We are now being passed to the Legal Team and, no doubt, further reviews will follow. Thank you Macy.

Professional but friendly service.

Lyons Bowe Solicitors have been very professional in helping us write our wills. Andrea, our solicitor was very patient in explaining difficult concepts and wrote the wills in a concise and understandable way. We are deeply grateful for her time, professionalism and expertise. Thank you.

The company kept us up to date throughout the journey and always provided responses promptly. Great customer service.

Maisie who dealt with conveyancing on my property sale was outstanding. She was very easy to get hold of, promptly dealt with any questions related to buyer's solicitors enquiries. She brilliantly handled a potentially problematic issue that arisen with Land Registry and resolved it very swiftly. She provided explanations and guidance when I wasn't sure how to proceed with or address some of the queries and questions. I am very grateful for her hard work!

Lyons Bowe Solicitors have provided me with an exceptional service allowing my house sale to move forward promptly. It has been good to communicate through digital media and the Lyons Bowe service App, but, reassuring that there was someone there by phone or in person if required.
The team have provided clear information and guidance, of costs and help at each stage of the process.
I am very pleased to recommend Lyons Bowe, a first class and personal service.

Very happy with the service provided by during the sale of our house. Would highly recommend.

We have found the lady helping us (Lily Beckett) to be informative, professional and always very pleasant to speak to on the phone. We would say our experience so far has been a very good one.

Very happy we chose

Clare is the second person at Lyons Bowe that we have dealt with during our house moving process. We have found her to be extremely friendly and helpful and relatively quick to respond to any queries we may have had. The process can never be described as an easy journey but we do feel that she has tried to make it as straightforward as possible. We are hopefully now moving on to the final stage.

All the team members we worked with were all so amazing! They explained everything that was happening so well and were super quick and efficient at replying, we completed in 6 weeks thanks to them. Special mentions to Macy, Molly and Tietia

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Shriyanthi Devi Maharaj during the process of our onward purchase.

From the outset, Shriyanthi demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and hard work. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure the process ran smoothly and efficiently.

What I particularly appreciated was Shriyanthi's ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and understandable manner. She was always patient and readily available to answer my questions thoroughly. Her prompt return of phone calls and emails was also greatly valued, providing me with a sense of reassurance and confidence throughout the entire process.

Thanks to Shriyanthi's expertise and unwavering commitment, our onward purchase was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lyons Bowe based on my experience, and in particular, I would highly recommend Shriyanthi Devi Maharaj to anyone seeking a reliable and highly competent legal professional. She is a true asset to your firm.

I would recommend this Firm. Eleanor in the conveyancing team was efficient and helpful and made swift progress with my house purchase and sale
