Friendly helpful staff . As a female customer found them very approachable would not hesitate returning if I had any other problems. I had a dent removed and so pleased you cannot see it anymore my car is like new again. Thankyou so much 😊

Great service and excellent workmanship at affordable rates.

Recommended by female colleague as was worried where to take car for repairs. Not local but had a courtesy car during the works which took a few days. Everyone was helpful.

Great service on damage repair. Mended in a few days to a good standard. I've used them a few times for work vehicles and they are always efficient. Hopefully I will not need to use them again though!

Excellent repair on Mk1 Escort sills nice to trust your Classic with a team who share the same passion and have a depth of knowledge not found at most other facilities, thank you.

Our car came back as good as new. Very impressed.

Repair completed to a good standard. Good communication throughout the process with the company. Staff helpful and polite. Access to a courtesy car at very reasonable price for the duration of the repair.

Quick response, looked at the problem straight away, soon sent an estimate, did the repairs to time, charged a fair price.
Provided a courtesy car at a fair price.

No messing around, got the work done quickly and the finish they provide is perfect

Fantastic service by the team at LW. Rang up for some advice after our car was rear ended. The advisor was great and put us straight in touch with QDOS who handled our claim for us. They gave us a brand new (literally 10 miles on the clock) like for like car and took care of all the paperwork. Picked our car up literally two days later and the quality of work is nothing short of perfect.

Wouldn't use anyone else with any of my vehicles. They're not close to where we live but happy to travel to ensure a quality repair.

Been using this bodyshop for years never had anything but a top class job and excellent customer service, not just an amazing repair but the car came back like it had just come out the Showroom 👍👍

New to the area asked for recommendations on social media, and Smart repairs seemed to be everyone's choice, had some paintwork and new high level brake light fitted the work was first class and the cost was very reasonable, would definitely recommend anyone.

Had some work done on my car recently and this was carried out to the highest standard. This is the second time I have used this company and have found them to be very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Tania and Lee were very helpful throughout.

Excellent workmanship and quality of finish.
