L W Smart Repairs Ltd Omdömen

Repairs were carried out to a very high quality. The staff were very professional and polite. Hopefully I won’t require there services again but if the need arose I would not hesitate in using them again.

Smart in the name, smart is my car.
I was recommended to try this company to repair our car, a spot on service all round at a reasonable price. Courtesy car provided was good and kept us mobile for the 4 day job.
Thankyou all involved at Smart Repairs.

Very quick turn around, At a price less than quote. Thanks

Made an amazing job and to top it off the repair was done in less than 48 hours. Complete back end repair.

Leigh and his team are great!
From being told by various garages my car was a definite write-off I took my car to LW Smart Repairs and Leigh talked through the process from start to finish and explained exactly what work needed to be carried out. Within 24 hours I had an estimate for repairs and had it booked in the following week. The car looked brand new on pickup and it was a faultless repair at a great price.
Thanks again to Leigh and his team!

Very friendly, great customer service and excellent repairs to the side of my car ,it looks fantastic and was repaired and ready for me to collect only 6 days after my accident. Would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Lee and his team, from start to finish professional, caring and completed a top job. I’m so happy with the work done. 5 stars and a big thank you ⭐️

Brilliant from start to finish. Very helpful friendly staff. The work on my car was amazing. They also kept me up to date on all work and I cant fault their workmanship. Would definitely use for all future work

I was unsure on a specific colour so they helped determine what was best for how the car was used and what suited the car.

Have asked to see the finished result as I only had a set of wheels done and they didn't see the car. Seem to take pride in their work

Prompt response to my request for a repair quote, sent by Lee on the same day as my visit.
Quote was accurate and included a second hand door as requested.
My vehicle was clean, tidy and the finished paintwork was a superb match for the original pearlescent white.
Thank you Lee and the team.

Brilliant service and communication throughout and actual respray work was excellent and could not be faulted at all.

Went in for a quote, friendly staff, work was booked in and completed fast and the car looks fantastic. Would recommend to anyone that loves their car. One of alfretons few gems.

Great job, can’t fault, would not hesitate to use again would highly recommend

A positive and friendly welcome upon arrival, all the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was made aware what the job entailed and the cost involved with no hidden extras. I was delighted with the result of everyone's hard work as it exceeded my expectations, it feels like I own a new vehicle again. A really brilliant job done and I would certainly recommend Smart repairs 100% Many thanks.

The service was brilliant right from the start. Lee saw me straight away even as a walk in. He was charismatic and easy to understand when he spoke through the work needed. He fit me in for the very next week. Lee provided a courtesy car at a very reasonable price. The car looked brand new when I picked it up :) He even sorted me a coffee while I waited :D
