I have had two recent experiences with LWRepairs and have been so impressed with not only the service provided, but with the compassionate nature of how my situation was dealt with on both occasions. The first time I went in, I spoke to a lovely young man called Dylan. I was a very stressed middle aged woman who had dropped her phone and smashed it beyond repair, while visiting her mother in hospital. My husband was away on work and I didn't have a spare phone. Dylan was so patient with me and didn't make me feel stupid, with all the questions I was asking. I was so grateful for his kind nature and no pressure attitude. Sadly, my mother passed away not long after and, although I had since acquired a new mobile phone, I realised that on my old phone, there were several photos that had not uploaded to the cloud storage (my fault) and, most crucially, a video of my mum, which was clearly very precious. This time, a lovely man called Waz helped me. He clearly understood how important it was to recover the contents of my old phone. I opted to have a temporary repair done, which would allow the 'lost' content to be recovered. This could then be put on a USB stick and saved to my new - expanded! - cloud storage. This was a pretty arduous task, with many thousands photos to bring across, a chunk at a time. Waz knew that the video was the most important thing and, when it was found, he made sure to immediately get it to me. It was a huge relief and I am so so grateful. So, after my recent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. I'd heard really good things and I wasn't disappointed. So, to Dylan and Waz - and also to the wider team - because it is very clear to me that there is a good culture here - a huge and heartfelt THANK YOU for doing it right.

LWRepairs were recommended to me by several people when I was looking for somewhere local to get a phone repaired. I took it is for them to look what it needed, they ordered the parts the same day and asked me to drop it off the next day for Repair, saying that it would be ready to collect the same day as repaired. True to their words, a couple of hours after dropping the ozone off, I had a text message to say that the repaired phone was ready to collect. Outstanding service, would definitely recommend and use again.

First class service . I popped into the shop as I was having problems with my mobile phone . The young lad that served me knew immediately what the problem was . It had gone bast 5pm so I had to leave my phone overnight. This was not a problem for me as I just wanted it working . It was ready first thing the next day . I would say we are very lucky to have them in Hythe . Thanks again

My old iPhone was getting a little temperamental so we decided to visit LW Repairs to see what they might offer and have for an exchange. It was a flawless process with great help from Owen. We got a good price on my previous model and upgraded to a newer version, complete with a 12 month guarantee too!

My iPhone was unusable due to apple password issue, and phone reset. Turned up without an appointment but that was not an issue and Owen proceeded within 5 minutes to fix my issue. Very quick and professional, an excellent service.

Second time I have used them. First was broken phone screen this time I have had a battery replaced in my iPad. They sorted it out quickly and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back with any repairs I need done.

Recently broke my phone screen for the first time ever and made it to the store just before closing time. Owen reassured me that it was easily repairable as I needed my phone for train tickets the following day. My phone screen was repaired and ready for collecting before 12 o’clock the next day! What a brilliant service and also reassurance from Owen.
