I went in the shop to check out the phones ,as i needed one for my new business . I was very happy with how helpful the guys were , and i came away with what i wanted .

Well - the person who knows how is Lewis Watson. I had 4 different issues which were really worrying me, Lewis came to the house and resolved them all in about 20 minutes. He was very understanding and respectful and pleased to help and I was delighted to pay the very reasonable callout fee. I recommend him unreservedly.

I have used LW repairs on more than one occasion and I have always found them welcoming knowledgeable and easy to do business with, It’s good to see a local small shop doing well.

How to be made to feel like a customer that is the only customer they have. Excellent customer service, good communication, great prices and very prompt service. A small problem with front camera calibration, not allowing facial ID, was resolved in about 5 minutes. Brilliant.

The charging port on my A51 had burnt out and indeed more damage had been done. With much ‘faffing’ about my end , I ended up taking in a dead phone with zero battery life. Waz was the man to help me (poor chap) as I had explained I needed everything to be saved. No less than 900 videos and 4000 photos !!! I know exactly what you’re thinking !!! But I am still used to Pen , Paper and sending a Pigeon to deliver!!!! It was also very important to me that I saved my best friends what’s app messages and a voice mail I had of her, this was important to me as she passed away in March. I briefly mentioned to Waz why it was so important and I just broke down. Waz offered me tissues and was the sweetest gentleman . Very kind , understanding and really wanted to help me. I felt awful because I was so upset I couldn’t speak and left the shop without being able to even say thank you or indeed goodbye. Waz kept in contact with me and went out of his way to help me get some life into my phone so he could save all these things for me. Within side 24 hours. He’d achieved this and sent my phone off to be repaired., and was back within the time stated. This is the third time I have used LWRepairs, they are an amazing team, everyone I have spoken to who have used them agree. Thank you Waz you were amazing and I will never forget the empathy and kindness you showed me. Thank you.

I called in with a Samsung Note 10 + that I was having a lot of trouble charging, an hour and a half later, received a text on my wife's phone to say that it had been fixed and was ready to be picked up. Excellent service and it only cost me £49.99. Highly recommended

Went into LWRepairs,to purchase two reconditioned phones, excellent customer service from Millie, who helped me to choose, which phones were best for non tech people. Felt at ease through the whole experience. Since the purchase we had a small issue with one of the phones, but it was quickly dealt with , with no issues ,and is being replaced , excellent service.

Promptly replaced a faulty battery at no charge on my old i-phone

Dropped off my iPhone at 4pm today for a ridiculously broken screen…”would it possible to get it back today”…answer was no problem come back at 5!!

All ready and shiny new…ready for another break again no doubt from yours truly!

Rear glass and side frame repair on my iPhone 12 mini, easy to contact for quote and to organise beforehand, dropped phone in and stuck to timings, phone as good as new. Would recommend and would use again :)

A really friendly service, knowledgeable staff and no problem to small. From handling over my iPod for a battery replacement to picking it up. I received regular updates and collected it on the day specified. The unit not only worked it had also had a clean. Thank you team.

Minor issue with a faulty replacement part. But Lewis contacted me strait away and informed me that he could order another part and it would be sorted asap.
Communication was great and I got my watch back within a few days.
