She provided a lot of photos and videos of the bag and she even went back to check for an extra box for me because there wasn’t one originally included so she included one for me. Let me start off by saying Michele is 10/10 in customer service, she has such niche for all Chanel’s and Hermes bags ! She answered all my questions immediately (even being in a different time zone than I ) and delivered my vintage Chanel is less than 24 hours.
