Τουλάχιστον ένας μήνας πέρασε και μετά από ενόχληση και αφού δικαιολογήθηκαν ότι η DHL είχε φόρτο εργασίας έφτασαν τα παπούτσια ήταν μικρά αν και ξαναείχε NB ήταν άλλο νούμερο και ενώ προσπαθώ εδώ και έναν μήνα να τα στείλω πίσω γιατί απλά δεν μου κάνουν , έχω στείλει τουλάχιστον 10 μέιλ αλλά κανείς δεν απαντά. Ποτέ ξανά από αυτούς.

They are incompetent theives. I got an invi will leavechwhte to join and registered. There were a vsriety of games on the site. AS I won some money, I wanted to withdraw and they said that I have to deposit to be verified and tey made me pay twice before the verification can go through . As I won more over 10000 and wanted to withdraw, I was told that I had to deposit $150 as a single payment, I first send $160 which will leave $153 after the fees but they only credited $148 which meant I could not withdraw until I deposit another amount. I tried to ask why the $5 discrepancy and was told that the finance department would manually correct it after 48 hours and different live supoort staff telling me f´differrent things, I succombed to depositing again , this time $170 only to be credited as $158 even though the fee was the same as before.

I thought I finally can withdraw, only to get an error message of high risk coins being deposited as the error message so stopping me from withdrawal which was against their anti money laundering polica. It is comical to think that the same agent took the miney from the same bank card aall 4 times but just as there was no more reason not to withdraw they stopped it by these unsounded claims.

They are well structured scammers whi lie to rip you off even thoug the games make you win money, it is not so quick to allow you to withdraw it. I have reported the to the the payment processing agency and will report them to other agencies.

Unos verdaderos estafadores. Te aseguran que con 100€ verificas la cuenta y recibiras el djnero, al dar error te piden otro deposito de 200€ para verificar billetera externa. Solo puedes contactar via chat, que solo les interesa que deposites. A preguntas comprometidas ni contestan, se hacen los despistados...y como insistas, te bloquean el chat y te quedas sin ningun medio que puedas contactar. Ah!!! Despues, tu retiro queda pendiente...te sientes estafado, agotado e impotente. Pues tanto que aseguran que lo recibiras...te piden un 3er deposito para pagar tasas...en mi caso, deposite 3 veces en total 515€, tengo 2retiros pendientes que suman 27500€, me han bloqueado el chat hasta 6 veces y no puedo reclamarles y ademas me dicen que tengo que depositar 1651€.

This is a scam site. They charge $100 to verify your identity and another $200 to verify your wallet address. Then, $600 for something else and they'll tell you to send a certain amount of money for taxes to get your winnings, when they should just withhold the money from your winnings. It’s also not a USA base company.

I don’t trust this site cause from a several days ago or month the name of this bot is superbonus.sbs and onetime the server dropped down than sent to me link on telegram with luxuryclub.today i found the same account with my bounce another things make me doubt about this site the same support name oliver at anytime and no mail or review for another player no polices for deposit or withdrawal just deposit 80$ you can active your account and withdraw all your money..i think it’s not a true bot at all..

It's great to play but need more info about the casino before I can make a deposit. Because u neeed to deposit $80 of your own money to withdraw your bonus winnings and $80 is a lot. So if the company could just give more info to verify that they are liget then I'll give them a 5star rating.
