Scent not that long lasting
Price is pretty reasonable and it arrived in a timely manner so no issues there. My main gripe is overall the scent isn’t that strong - it’s been in the car now for almost a week and I’d say at best it was faint. Not what I was expecting at all. Don’t get me wrong I wasn’t expecting it to over power the car but the strength of the scent after following the instructions has been pretty underwhelming.

Very disappointed in the car freshner I…
Very disappointed in the car freshner I brought. You can only smell it in the car when you put your nose to it. I have had these sort before, I know how to use them and this one is just not that. Very disappointed. A lot of money wasted.

Disappointed with air vent scent.
Purchased the new product air vent to leave it in the car for two days and find it leaking.....
When l Tried to contact them I got no response. Last time I ever bought a product From this company I thought over the years they would improve their products which they have improved the hanging scent but the vent scent needs improvement.....

All of our fragrances are supplied as luxury hanging diffusers with glass bottles and wooden lids, and we have no record of any order under your name.

Amazing!
Amazing products and super fast delivery. The whole process was smooth and fuss free and the variety of products is fantastic. My car smells amazing and the scented oil will last me for a long time. The aroma is rich and has filled my car with the most gorgeous scent. No more cardboard fresheners which last a week at best. Excited to try some different scents in my next order!

Ordered and paid for an item, no confirmation email, no product delivered but money has been taken. Have messaged using their online contact form and on Instagram and no reply. Will now have to raise a dispute with the bank 😡

Low quality, wrong scent and no communication
I have contacted Luxury Car Scent on 2 occasions and they've ignored both, I'm sure they'll reply to this. I ordered Ombre Nomad car diffuser, which smells nothing like the smell, I have the original fragrance. The product cap looks different to what was on their website and has perfume written on it. It will delivered by Etsy, which is not the company I bought from. It's a low quality product, something you would get free from a car wash. To verify, this is my order number: 5717

Of course we'll reply, just as we've been replying to all your other messages on other platforms. As we have said, you can have a full refund if you don't like it but you need to return it. You can't keep it and demand a refund. You have an obsession with Etsy which is not a company that makes things, it is an online marketplace, not a delivery company. It was delivered by Evri which is a delivery company (formerly Hermes) and who print an etsy logo on their labels for reasons only known to themselves when they connected with our Woocommerce Website. We also mention on our website in many different places that the bottle will be a glass bottle with a wooden lid although design may vary according to our manufacturers. You received a glass bottle with a wooden lid. Your own issue seems to be that you don't like the smell, so as we've said on a number of occasions, send it back and we'll refund it as per our returns & refunds policy.

Terrible customer service board line fraudulent… ordered items 6th feb still nothing received 15th march . Communicating via messenger one response from company saying evri tried to deliver which is not true as I was at home on the day it said tried as work from home and not now responding to my many messages even though asked for refund … do not order from these people

At checkout you specifically chose EVRI as your preferred delivery method (despite royal mail 1st & 2nd class recorded delivery options being available to all customers). Once you alerted us we searched our dispatched order on the EVRI system which showed clearly the tracking details of the package and that they tried to deliver to you. We have not made this information up. Are you genuinely saying, by calling us fraudulent, that we have gone to the bother of sending an empty parcel to your home address, paying EVRI for the postage, taking it to our local drop off with the expressed intention of asking EVRI to pretend to deliver it? Or is it more the case that as with all our other orders, we made the order, posted it in good faith with EVRI and EVRI have failed to deliver it despite their website stating quite clearly that they had the parcel and tried to deliver it. Once it goes to EVRI it is out of our control as I'm sure you're aware. We have communicated via facebook messenger as that is how you've chosen to communicate. You have not sent a single email to chase this up which would be the preferred method and easiest way of communicating. We have now raised a complaint with EVRI and shipped a replacement package to you via royal mail 1st class recorded delivery. We hope that you are satisfied with this solution and are disappointed that EVRI's failure to deliver your parcel has led you to label our company as fraudulent and liars.
Tragic quality
The item completely different from the one shown in the photos, its very ugly, not stylish at all. Very poorly packed, looks tragic. Ordered it as a gift for a fiend, it was such a shame watching how ugly it looked like. On the shipping label its said that delivery was made by ETSY, so its cheep dropshipping product. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Thank you for your feedback. We use minimal packaging as per our stated commitment to reducing our impact on the environment. The packaging is not displayed anywhere on the website. We are not on ETSY, this is simply what is printed on the automatic labels from EVRI and we have no control over this. What you haven’t mentioned is what the product smells like. The packaging is not the product and is simply something to transport it to you to stop it getting damaged. We presume most people throw the packaging away and hopefully recycle it.
Poor Customer Service
Ordered qty 2 diffusers, received only 1 and not in the style that I requested, I have emailed and left numerous private messages on Instagram asking for someone to contact me, unfortunately these have gone unanswered. Next stop will be to report to trading standards.

We think you may have the wrong company. We don’t offer styles to choose from, all our diffusers are the same style (all clear bottles with plain wooden kids). We also haven't had any instagram messages or emails from a Louise. We don’t think this review is for us and you’ve got us mixed up with someone else.
Waste of money refund needed
Screwed the lid on as tightly as possible tipped it upside down to soak the lid and it just leaks out of the wood and at first I thought it was because the lid wasn’t on fully but it was and was evident by it coming out of the top of the wood and not the sides of the top of the glass jar. Waste of money

Hi, the wood at the top of the diffuser is porous, which is why it is used for these air fresheners. It sounds as though you tipped too much of the fragrance oil into the wooden lid. You only need to tip a small amount of the fragrance oil into the lid, not completely soak it (there is way more fragrance oil contained within the diffuser than can be accommodated by the wooden lid in one application). Just a small amount of fragrance oil will permeate your car for a few weeks, at which point you then tip another small amount of the fragrance oil into the wooden lid. There is enough fragrance oil contained within the diffuser to repeat this for between 3 - 6 months depending on how strong you want the fragrance to scent your vehicle. We are more than happy to send a replacement so that this time, you will be able to dispense much less of the fragrance oil into the lid, meaning it won't overflow from the wooden lid.

I have been looking for a natural car scent for a while. I have two teens and a dog.
The natural orange aromatherapy oil was just what I was looking for. Not too overpowering like most fake car scents. Subtle and calming.
