Nice and accommodating good service

Fantastic service from the first phone call to drop off. We needed urgent transport to the airport, booking was so easy , staff were very patient and supportive. Picked up outside our door, driver kept us informed about the journey, toilet stops etc. A safe comfortable journey, would highly recommend

Fantastic airport shuttle experience! Pickup was on time despite my flight was delayed but I booked it to this time to have enough space , the driver was courteous and helpful communication and the ride home was comfortable and relaxing. After a long trip, this service made getting home effortless. Highly recommend!

Great pick up & ride to Airport
Unfortunately we had torrential rain n drop off.
We drove out of the undercover drop off to the assigned Shuttle area which was not fully covered.
All three groups of passengers ended up totally soaked and with wet luggage.
Not so bad for us as we were going to Australia but the others had long haul flights to Norway & London.
Common sense would have seen us dropped off under cover. The Driver had said he was fairly new so perhaps that contributed.. the Airport itself should provide adequate shelter from rain or extreme heat

On time Friendly driver, well organised, clean and tidy.

The trip itself was great and the driver seemed friendly. But when it came to the drop off he did not listen to my instructions regarding the turning around of the vehicle. He also was pretty incapable of reversing the trailer and ended up having to drive on the lawn after Jack knifing the trailer. Now I would have been OK with this if on my property, but it was not my property. Leaving the property owner a bit miffed.

The driver was friendly and answered any questions asked regarding the trip. He drove well and I was able to relax and even have take a nap knowing I was in safe hands. We arrived at the scheduled time and didn’t have to rush. Overall it was a pleasant trip.
