Wonderful service! Zac made the booking process very easy and flexible. My driver Asil was extremely professional and helpful. The transfer was super smooth thanks to him!

Excellent service from Zac and his team. This is the second time Zac has arranged the transfer of our dog from Paris to UK. This of course includes the border customs and health check process which Zac handles very expertly. Zac kept me updated on his progress during the journey with a predicted ETA at my house. All in all I highly recommend Zac.

I had the best experience possible. I found luxurious pet transport online. From the first email, which was answered immediately till the arrival was an absolute bliss. I travelled from U.K. to Germany with my shepherd mix Daisy. Our experienced driver Zac guided us without any problems through the euro tunnel and made our journey an absolute delight. Time was flying by and my dog and me felt totally relaxed and well cared for.
Telephone charger and water on board and free of charge. What a fabulous experience we had. Can recommend Zac not enough. Thank you very much for great service!!

Fantastic experience transporting our cat from the UK to Italy. We were updated all the way, Zac was fantastic throughtout the journey, and our driver made sure to update us constantly. The paperwork was all handled seamlessly, wonderful team, and top service. Highly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. I had numerous travel date changes but wasn’t an issue as Zac was on it like a cheap suit and rebooked the Eurotunnel tickets accordingly. Then he set up a group WhatsApp so I was able to keep in touch with Hashmat (driver) on the day of travel. So all went smoothly even though it was an epic journey for the kittens from Paros to London. Thank you Zac and Hashmat.

Sami picked us up at our hotel at Orly airport and we were quickly on our way to Calais.
A thoughtful stop was put in for a break.
On arrival at Calais Sami accompanied us into Pet Reception which was so reassuring.
We even managed to catch an earlier train.

Zac made this journey easy for me and my cat. I took a kitty I have adopted through Paris to London. Starting from booking the trip with Zac and arriving home was a great experience. Five star service indeed! Brought my two cats from Brussels airport to London and everything was super smooth. The cats slept almost the whole time, except when their microchip was checked at the border. Zac was super kind and helpful from the start. Totally recommend it!

Det var en fantastisk behagelig tur fra Brussel lufthavn til London. Jeg havde virkelig undersøgt alle muligheder for at få vores hund med til London. Det virkede helt umuligt og uoverskueligt! Jeg kontaktede diverse steder, men jeg følte mig først tryg, da jeg fik fat i Zac. Han kunne besvare alle mine mange spørgsmål, og han arrangerede turen med meget kort varsel. Jeg var stadig lidt nervøs over turen, men det var så behagelig en tur, lige fra da min hund og jeg blev hentet at chaufføren Asil i lufthavnen og indtil at vi blev sat af i London. Han var virkelig høflig og venlig, og hjalp os igennem det hele. Han kørte også rigtig godt og sikkert. Jeg vil helt sikkert bruge Zac’ firma igen og forhåbelig blive kørt at Asil igen næste gang.

This company is amazing! We traveled from Egypt via Brussels and Calais back to the U.K. with our 2 cats. Zac was incredibly helpful and supportive and helped make the whole process so much easier and stress free. He is very responsive to emails and never keeps you waiting for a reply. Zac greeted us at the airport with a warm welcome and made the whole journey home enjoyable. The cost is also extremely good compared to other companies that offer a similar service. I honestly can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Excellent,very professional personal experience, the service Zac delivered was first class and he offered peace of mind with sorting everything out. I traveled from Italy to Uk with my dog and we both felt relaxed and safe in Zac’s very roomy extremely comfortable car. He’s also an excellent driver. That was my first time traveling with my dog but they made it so easy for me for instance I sent Zac pictures of my dog passport to be sure everything is fine and he showed it to dog reception and informed me about it
So all in all everything went really smoothly and in a comfortable way

I made contact with Luxurious Pet Move Abroad initially for a quote to transport my Mum and Stepdad along with their 3 beloved cats moving back to the UK from Bulgaria. The support I received from Zac was exceptional. I always got a prompt reply by email from any questions I asked and the whole experience was stress free. It was Zac himself who travelled out to Bulgaria to pick my parents and the cats up from their doorstep. He was punctual and communicated fully prior. After pick up for the long travel home he ensured they were all comfortable and that all of the needs of the cats were met throughout the journey, he was very supportive, and helpful to my parents, laughed and joked and made their whole experience great, also arranging hotels, and ensuring everything was in check to cross borders and the Euro tunnel to England. On arrival Zac had arranged for another Taxi switch from Folkstone to continue the journey to our home in Portsmouth. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to transport their pets and can only give them the highest praise from start to finish for the service they provided.
