We ordered our sofas from Luxura around 4 years ago and were so pleased with the quality, they still look brand new. We’ve just received the matching dining set (Cannes) and we are just as happy with this 2nd purchase. It took 8 weeks to arrive as we had custom chairs made, but well worth the wait. We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future, and can highly recommend for good quality, beautiful designs, and great customer service.

Ordered artwork which we needed for guests and after getting in touch with them they made sure it arrived on time! Very pleased with the artwork. Love it

I ordered a coffee table from Luxura Homes, and it arrived smaller than I expected. I requested a return the day after delivery, and they asked me to submit the request via email. My first email was sent on 13/03/2026, and I didn’t get a response for about three days. They offered return options, and I agreed to have them arrange a courier to pick up the item to avoid damage and save on costs.

The communication was the main issue:
Back-and-forth emails for over a month with unusually slow responses (about a week).
I had to escalate to Amex since I paid with a credit card; this helped prompt a reply.
After Amex involvement, Luxura Homes quickly found a courier to pick up the table on the same day, which felt reactive rather than proactive.

Courier pickup follow-up:
I emailed on 14/04/2026 to confirm pickup.
They replied on 17/04/2026 saying the table was expected.
As of 27/04/2026, there’s been no further communication.

Product comment:
I can’t comment on the product itself, as the issue was primarily with size and returns, not the build quality.

Recommendation:
The experience indicates very poor communication and a need for customers to chase responses.
If you decide to buy from Luxura Homes, consider paying with a credit card (for potential chargeback protection) and be prepared for slower follow-ups and self-advocacy to resolve issues.

Overall: I wouldn’t readily recommend Luxura Homes based on communication reliability. If strong customer service and timely responses matter to you, explore other options or verify their current return process before purchasing.

We ordered a 3 seater with matching armchair and honestly it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made for our home. The sofa is medium-firm but really comfy and spongey. The detailing and stitching are perfect and it feels far more expensive than what we paid.

It arrived exactly as expected and was packaged really well. No issues at all. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both on quality and service, but Luxura definitely did for us. Would 100% recommend if you’re considering it.

Had a slight problem with delivery but they resolved it in a prompt and professional way. Great communication and great quality stock. 10/10

I ordered 2 Dubai Accent Chairs which I absolutely love. Quality is fantastic, very unique and they look stylish in my sun room. The staff at Luxura were extremely helpful to deal with, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp. The delivery was first class. The delivery driver kept me informed on delivery times. I would 💯 recommended using Luxura Home and Living and cannot wait to order more of their beautiful furniture.

Not often I write a review, but this company did very well with an unfortunate situation. We bought a few items from them including a TV unit. All was OK apart from the TV unit arriving damaged from the factory and not the right materials. They did their utmost to convince us to order another and wait, but we didn't want to. A collection team were sent out and repacked the item, took it away and a refund was swiftly sent. For this reason and the fact the comms were great all the way through, I would use them again. It's not always about the good experiences as how the bad ones are dealt with. Top marks guys and no hard feelings, we'll be back!

I ordered 2 swivel chairs and and armchair with custom made cushions. Love the finished product. Luxura were always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions and walk through queries I had about products. Will definitely recommend and use in future

I fell in love immediately with a set of 2 coffee tables on the website. At first I thought they were a bit expensive, but I couldn’t stop looking at them, I’d not seen anything anywhere as beautifully made as these. They can today and I’m so in love with them, they look even better now they are in my lounge. First class service from start to finish of the order. Very responsive on whattsap and regular updates on your order progress to delivery. Drivers were so friendly and courteous for First Step Logistics. Definitely one on the most efficient furniture supplier I’ve ever used. I can’t wait for my next purchase from them.

Ordering online can be nerve wracking (will it arrive, will it look as good as photos, what will the quality be like!) quite often you end up disappointed, BUT with this company, they went above and beyond all my expectations! My chairs arrived perfect & I love them. Thanks so much for being so professional in every sense! I would recommend them to anyone 1000% - even down to messages of which there was many!! Thanks team! Luxura offers excellent products. The sofa that I have bought is of excellent quality. Excellent design, beautiful fabrics, solid and very confortable as advertised on their web site. I discovered Luxura on Instagram and fell in love with their unique designs. I was initially hesitant to order online having not seen the sofa in person, however, Lauren was very informative and sent me lots of customer videos and photos of the design I was looking for over watsapp. Nothing was too much trouble with the many questions that I had and I was kept updated on the status of my order. It was absolutely worth the wait. The quality of my sofa is lovely, it’s very comfortable and the design is beautiful. I will be ordering some accent chairs to go with this. I can’t recommend them enough!

I was a bit sceptical as this was my first purchase with them, but their customer service were so helpful and made the process easy.

The furniture arrived and it’s stunning and amazing quality, it looks even better in real life! My friends came round and all commented on how gorgeous it was too.

Also the delivery was quick and I got it in time for Christmas, I’ve had to wait ages with other companies

The pictures looked nice but I was still a bit nervous when I made my order, however when my delivery arrived, the sofa, dining table with bench and chairs, coffee table and side tables….everything looked absolutely gorgeous….even nicer than the photos on the website. I’m so very happy with my order. Will definitely buy again!
