Scam organization. No refunds.

They have started a new indicator scam called- optitrade.shop.

Same trash, new name. Objective is to make people pay up for a substandard free indicator available already on tradingview.

I get that losses can happen in the market, that's part of the game. But what really didn't sit right with me was the lack of any clear reporting or explanation of the strategy, and when things went wrong, no one took responsibility. I'm pleased with the progress I've made on #century 100 .They stay transparent, and accessing my funds has been easy.

I have a current, active subscription and there's no way to cancel my subscription before the renewal date. The automated AI bot keeps telling me there's a "Cancel" button on the active subscription section but no Cancel button exists. Please cancel my subscription.

I used them on a trial basis, for trial the advertisement was for one month, they charged for the entire year. After seeing the results of the tool, I realized, its not worth the money. Requested refund, the support person responded quickly, but they never refunded. I lodged a complaint with Paypal. Then support reached out to me to close the complaint with Paypal so that they can refund. This company knows Paypal does not allow you re-open the case once you close it, they use that to their advantage. NEVER REFUNDED the money. I have all the email proof.

I requested a refund within the advertised 30-day period after the product didn't meet expectations but it was declined. The refund policy is more restrictive than what's presented on the website. I am focusing more on my own strategy now. It's worked consistently for me and has already led to multiple withdrawals on #Quorent'sevens.

Scam company - Asking for positive review for a reward. Only scammers would need to do this.

The indicators I have used here are very well thought out. I appreciate the flip side of what the indicator is not designed to do as well .

It's a lie. The indicator is not accurate, any success you get from it is because you are making the decisions, not the indicator. On auto-trading it'll bankrupt you.
It's just not worth the $/month/year
You're better off just learning a system that actually works instead of letting this AI trade for you

I purchased LuxSignals OptiTrade about 3 weeks ago. After a short period of adjustment I have come trust the signal setup for entries and exits. Over the past week I traded 6 for 6 profitable trades. I am a day trader trying to target specific entries using the 1M. However, my confidence in entries improved when I added the "Screener Setting" of the active ticker to 3 and 5M. This confirming signal allow me to scale my contract size

They advertise monthly, but charge you for 12 month subscription at once. Signals are no better than hundreds of free ones you can find on Tradingview. Save your money, DO NOT buy!

#1 This company DOES NOT provide "30-day Risk-Free" trials. The website says "your first 30 days come with a full money-back guarantee." This normally means that if you cancel the service you will get your money back. NOT SO! In order to get your money back you must prove that you traded the signals and lost money. You will have to provide screenshots and detailed documentation for your refund request to "be evaluated." If you just want to try the service to make your own evaluation the quality of the signals, but don't actually lose trades that you can prove complied with the signals, you will not get your money back. I paid $335.99 for the annual subscription to the Ultimate package and I can prove that I lost that money, because Luxsignals got it. Cancellation of the service is very complex and impossible to complete via the website AI chatbot. Michael@Luxsignals sent me a reply to my email request after 24 hours, but just said we can't change the terms of service. In other words, "sorry (not sorry) sucker!"
#2 The website says the signals work with MT4/5, Ninjatrader, or TradingView. I am a Ninjatrader user so I believed that this claim meant there were versions for all the platforms. NOT TRUE! You must open a Tradingview account, pay for a subscription, as well as subscribe to a data plan, and figure out how to operate the platform. Then, you can manually trade your preferred platform if you open that and run both at the same time. What a joke. My computer monitor is only 4 feet wide. Also, auto trading is impossible outside of TradingView.
#3 When I finally got through the maze of the setup requirements and started watching the performance of the signals the backtest panel showed a win rate of 25% on one of my charts and 64% on my other chart (gold and S&P futures). Taken together this is worse than simply making random buy/sell trades with no chart at all. Even on the better asset you could do as well by using a simple moving average or RSI. Last I checked those indicators are free, and available on all platforms.
Summary: This company's business plan uses a legal loophole to make false advertising claims, advertises heavily on Facebook and elsewhere, and separates fools from their money all day long. It is a legally protected SCAM. Pretty good work if you can get it, and have no morals!

Do not trust this company, they will take your money and run. They do not give refunds

I was able to match prop firm rules with the indicator settings. Really helpful.

Market losses are understandable, but the complete absence of reporting or strategy explanation made this experience unsettling and when things went wrong, there was no accountability.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity regarding this company’s refund policy. Their website clearly advertises a "100% Risk-Free" guarantee, stating that if the product doesn’t work for you "for any reason," you can get every penny back.

​However, when I requested a refund within less than a 30 day window, customer support began using stall tactics. Despite their policy stating "for any reason," they are refusing to process my request until I provide a detailed justification. A guarantee should be honored exactly as it is written without forcing customers to jump through hoops.

​I am still waiting for my money to be returned. Potential buyers should be wary: "Risk-Free" appears to be a marketing tactic rather than a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

I tried free month in Oct. 2025 , but didn't sign up, In Dec. 8/25 recieved email saying they had improved their signals and would I like to try again for free month ,so Idid the next day I saw a $249.99usd charge pending on my Visa I emailed Micheal and told him he said don't worry it won't go thru but a few days later it did go thru so I contacted Micheal and asked why and that I wanted a refund I hadn't even gotten to try the new signals, it was only a couple days after I signed for a free month, He emailed me back saying he couldn't refund me because I had free month in Oct.and you only get one free month. and his lawyers said they didn't have to refund me ! So I started a dispute with my credit card co. Then I sent the email showing that they offered me a second free month, when he saw I had a dispute going he then said ok he would refund me once I cancelled the dispute, and he put in writting he would pay, So I cancelled and he sai my refund would be by new years eve at latest and it is still not showed up and he is not answering my emails, you can not reopen a dispute was cancelled with the credut card co. But I noticede it went thru my PayPal account first so I am trying to dispute thru them and if they don't do a dispute after I closed the visa dispute I will be sueing Micheal and Luxsignals I have already spoke with an attorney and because I have excellent edvidence he will be pay a lotr more than $249.99 could include court cost,my lawyer fees and punitive damages! very unhappy

LuxSignals advertises a “30-day money-back guarantee,” but in practice, the owner can deny refunds at his discretion. This limitation is not clearly disclosed on the website.

A guarantee that can be arbitrarily denied is misleading. Buyers should be aware that the refund policy is not as advertised.
