Luxrest Venice Omdömen 

The appartment was very nice and spacious.

Contrairement à l'appartement que nous avions en 2022 le Corte dell' alberro est beaucoup moins pratique puisqu'il est sur deux étages plus la terrasse.
Le grillage le long de la rampe d'escalier est affreux et dangereux.
Son point fort est sa situation geographique absolument parfaite. En plus d'être à 3 mn de l'arrêt San Angelo.
Nous tenons à remercier Riccardo pour son accueil toujours très sympatique et Massimo qui nous a trouvé un taxi pour notre départ un jour de grève des vaporetto. A bientôt Barbara et merci pour votre professionalisme.

Très bien accueillis , l'appartement est spacieux , propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait .

Bel appartement .très bien placé .rien à dire .il manque peut être un double vitrage dans la chambre avec vus sur canal un peu bruillant.

Agence très sérieuse. Suite à un problème de santé d'un participant, elle n'a posé aucun problème pour décaler au mois de Septembre une location prévue initialement en Mai sans frais supplémentaire.
C'est la seconde fois que je passe par cet agence pour réserver un appartement à Venise. les appartements proposés sont toujours conformes à nos attentes.
L'appartement intitulé "Laguna view" à Fondamente Nuove offre une magnifique vue sur la lagune et, est idéalement situé pour prendre les vaporetos et n'est qu'à 10-15 minutes des sites principaux ( place Saint-Marc; Pont du Rialto).

Very convenient place to stay a few days and visit Venise. Quiet and comfortable except bed and shower which need to be both repaired. Warmfull welcome by Massimo. Thanks

I loved my Luxrest apartment during my Venice stay. It was beautiful designed, spacious, and in the perfect location. Barbara helped me find the perfect place to fit my family’s needs while vacationing. When we arrived in Venice they gave us clear directions to get to the correct vaporetto dock and Riccardo from Luxrest met us there and walked us to our apartment. This was the best accommodations we had during our entire trip to Italy. Thank you, Luxrest!

Die Lage und der Schnitt des Apartments haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die beiden ruhigen Dachterrassen konnten wir trotz des nicht optimalen Wetters an mehreren Abenden mit schönem Blick über die Dächer Venezias nutzen. Was uns bezüglich der Ausstattung der Küche gefehlt hat waren Geschirrtücher und der Abflussstopsel für das Spülbecken. Auch ein paar Weingläser mehr würden nicht schaden. Die Wohnung war sauber, nur die Sitzkissen für die Esstischstühle und Kissenbezüge im Wohnzimmer könnten dringend eine Reinigung vertragen. Sehr schön war auch, dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten. Der nur 2 Minuten entfernte Platz vor der Kirche San Lorenzo ist ein beliebter Ort für Hundebesitzer, wo ihre Lieblinge miteinander rumtollen können. Nur etwa 5 Minuten braucht man bis zum nächsten SPAR Supermarkt. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Adresse!

Très beau séjour organisé par Luxrest. Appartement très bien situé et très agréable, meublé dans un style vénitien et avec toutes les commodités souhaitables.

We had a wonderful time - the location is amazing (the campo you see from the patio is one of our favorite places in Venice) and the appartment was just what we needed (great kitchen, very clean and modern, the patio)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être accueillis à notre arrivée et accompagnés jusqu'à l'appartement. Nous avons même eu droit à des chocolats, des biscuits et du Proseco au frigo, c'était adorable!
Nous avons aussi eu de très bons conseils pour les restaurants 🙂
L'appartement était très bien. Sauf le lit de la chambre parentale que était très mou, nous avons eu mal au dos 😕
