SCAM WARNING – Do Not Order
I placed an order on 07/12/2025 and never received it.
After multiple emails and repeated Instagram DMs requesting an update, I received one reply stating I would receive my order “next week.” The order never arrived.
Since then, my messages have been read and ignored. No tracking information has been provided and no refund has been issued.
After checking public records on Companies House, I found that the company applied to be struck off in December and is listed as being in the process of dissolution. Despite this, the business continues actively promoting and selling new products on Instagram.
This raises serious concerns about accountability and consumer protection. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to not waste your money on them.

Joke of a company, ordered a month ago and still not received anything, got told on TikTok to contact them on instagram which I did and then got 1 reply and no response after that, very rubbish and poor customer service, desperate to do anything to scam people out of money.

Like many others, I placed an order with this “company” in 2024. The delivery took an extremely long time, and when the items finally arrived, it was immediately obvious how poor the quality was — nothing like what they promote on social media (TikTok and Instagram). I returned the items straight away.

After months of sending emails and DMs with no response whatsoever, the only way I managed to get my money back was by going through my credit card provider (thankfully I paid by credit card). I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who paid using their own money and never received their items or a refund.

I honestly don’t understand how this company is still operating. It also became clear that their stock is sourced from AliExpress, SHEIN, and Temu — you can easily find the exact same products online for a fraction of the price.

I tried warning others by leaving comments on their social media pages, but just like other reviewers have said, my comments were deleted and I was blocked. Absolutely shocking.

I am still waiting on shipping. Has anyone gotten their order(s) from them?

MASSIVE SCAM. Do not order with them.
They post fake products, don’t ship orders. If you comment, they block you.

I placed an order on 25th September, I didn’t receive no email or products, no response to DMs on instagram or email. Will be reporting them through my credit card company! Definitely stay away.

EDIT: The order finally arrived a month and a half after making it, after constant messages to the seller. The size of the bangles I ordered came one size smaller than what I ordered, but otherwise the jewellery is in good condition. The company seems to be legitimate, but badly run & very bad at customer service.

I ordered from this website then didn't receive an item. When I contacted the company through email, their contact form on their website, and Instagram DM, I didn't receive any response. I then commented on their Instagram posts warning others of the scam and they blocked me.
