I bought the compass pendant for my son's 30th, with engraving. I received a CHEAP looking version which did NOT match the one advertised and the engraving was different to the preview. It also has scuffs from the tool and a scratch on it. They used their refund policy as an excuse for shoddy goods. By law I should get a refund!! 1 star too many - disappointment is an understatement!!!

I bought the necklace for my son for the saying. I showed it to my husband. I expected him to have a positive response. He did not. He said the material was cheap with a Star of David on it. Asked if I paid more than 3$ for it. Hurt my feelings. It’s not substantial.
