Very cheaply made, and my dress arrived looking absolutely nothing like the website. The colour and material were completely different, and it had no labels. Not worth the money at all, and took approximately 3 weeks to arrive as was shipped from China. I requested a refund, they ignored the request and asked if I wanted to select another product but would have to cover the shipping and the difference in amount!! Since arriving 15/05/25 they have changed their name 3 times!! That I know of anyway. STAY AWAY!!

Dreadful dreadful dreadful..... I would NOT recommend using this company at all. I ordered a dress supposedly to fit a uk size 18/20 and it didnt even fit a uk size 8/10. I requested my money back and they are refusing, offering me a 20% discount and to keep the useless item that doesn't fit... totally outrageous.

Zero stars for the scam boutique, dresses are the cheapest quality which are shipped from China! Once you complain they tell you to return to China and pay custom charges but don’t offer refund only store credit! Do not use this scam site

A total total scam. Unwearable dresses. You can’t return them. There is no way this company is legit. It’s a drop shipper from china not the woman in the picture. I can’t believe I fell for it and spend £130!!! I can’t even give them to a charity shop they are so bad.

If I could give this company zero stars then I would. The company is from China, not London. The quality of clothes is quite frankly awful. Some items did not arrive. When trying to pursue a refund, they send the same scripted email over and over again. Don’t fall into the trap me and so many others have, this company is a scam.

I so wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! Dress I ordered is worth about £10 from a market stall, not the £44.95 I paid & definitely not the £140 full price it was advertised as. Cheap printed material, I should have read the details more clearly as it does state printed. Disappointed in myself for falling for the closing down lie.
Took 3 weeks to arrive. In that time they kept sending emails saying complete your purchase, something went wrong…even though the money had left my account. When I queried it, they did reply quickly to confirm order. Just takes a while when coming from China!

This company is not as it seems - firstly it is always 'closing down' so everything is on sale. It looks like a London brand, but is not - made in Asia somewhere. They've done a great job of making everything look very good through its photographs, but you can't zoom in properly to see the quality. The dress I got is no better than a dressing up box for kids outfit, if worse. Low quality nylon fabric, can see all the bad stitching and it's a very low quality print.... and it took ages to arrive too. I'd be a laughing stock if I wore it frankly! This company needs to be more upfront - it's really a scam sadly. I was silly to think of buying and will be much more careful next time.

Scam - don’t use , cheap crumbled and thin & about 6-8 dress sizes smaller than advertised - no money back , automated emails , as others said they offer 20% refund to keep clothes or return for a credit notes- spent £100 and clothes must be worth £5 at most - have reported

This company is based in China.
Although in their terms and conditions, they will give a full refund, you have to return the dresses at your own cost and pay customs in China!
However, your credit card will refund you (after you have to go through the credit card procedure step by step & this can take well over 2 months).

The product is very much different from their AI-generated adverts.

On top of that, they have their own people to post positive reviews here.

Be aware, that this is a scam.

Totally agree with everyone else on here. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN. Clothes arrive from china nothing like the website, shoddy cheap clothing and then try to get a refund?! Absolute joke.

Absolutely awful company. Avoid at all costs. I bought a few dresses and they won’t let me return even though they don’t fit and are not as described on the website because they say the reasons are not in their refund policy. They said I could exchange for a different size and they would send me the invoice for the exchange fee which is absolutely awful considering I am trying to return and their answer is to try and get me to spend more money!! Not a valid company and should be stopped and blocked.

The clothing is terrible quality and very cheap versions of what they advertise. I received completely the wrong item and upon reaching out to them to tell them they told me I would have to pay £30 to ship the item back to their Chinese warehouse even though it was their fault as they sent me the wrong item! Complete and utter fraudsters. It wasn’t a massive amount of money I spent but I’ve still taken it to trading standards to try and do something to stop these scammers. 

Absolute disgrace! Do not touch with a bargepole. Not London, China. Items arrived disgusting, cheap and tacky. When refund requested stated fees were at my cost, back to china, and would incur taxes. Offered 30% refund. 4 weeks later, blaming PayPal for block on their account. Been totally done by this scam and usually very savvy. More fool me. Very very embarrassed and hope noone else falls foul to these absolute scam artists. Despicable.

Same as everyone else! They delivered the wrong dress and won’t give me a refund or even an address to return it too! Absolutely disgusting company that portrays as a London company but is actually a Chinese company scamming you. When you email them it is like you’re talking to a robot! You get nowhere! They have also changed their name on their website since I’ve ordered

Avoid! Scam! Dresses took weeks to arrive and come from China, terrible cheap quality material nothing like the pics. Tried to ask to return offered 20% if the original order which was £250 and to keep the shocking dresses. Or return to China at my cost for a credit note!! Why would I want to buy anything else from them is beyond me! Still trying to return and get a refund but I doubt it’s ever going to happen. They just fib you off saying quality and items don’t fit are classed as a change of mind 🤷🏼‍♀️ they actually sent wrong items but I suppose that’s my fault too 🙄Has anyone actually returned and recvd a refund? DO NOT buy anything from this company. The dress I ordered is absolutely nothing like the pictures in the advert. The material is cheap, the sewing dreadful and the skirt was not at all full. It looks awful. They have offered a 20% discount.

Do not touch! Ordered two dresses that were not from a boutique in london but China. They arrived! cheap quality said I wanted to send back but had to pay to send to china or offered me a discount. I agreed to keep but have not had the refund and they are now blaming paypal blocking them! Total scam.

Dress arrived and completely different to picture. 30% partial refund offered and you get to keep the dress that is different to the order!! Or send it back to China, you are responsible for postage and taxes (even suggested you put a lesser value on the package when posting to avoid taxes in china!!)
