Brought 3 items now- 1. Monogram lv Purse 2. Speedy 35 and 3. LV keepall 45 all been good quality and price & staff great. Can’t fault the experience at all.

So much better than I expected!

I bought an LV zippy wallet which arrived within 2 days of purchase. It was brilliantly packaged and in lovely condition. Thank you so much - it has surpassed my expectations and I will certainly buy from you again!

Went on to their selling bid on eBay and they are wonderful , got myself a bag LV less than half price! Lovely people and very helpful. Sent both my item with checked authenticity tags and a full receipt , will be buying from them again. ***** 5 stars thanks

Great experience from start to finish

My LV Pochette Accessories arrived so quickly! I bought it on News Years Eve and as promised it was posted out on 2nd Jan and arrived the next day and was perfectly wrapped.. the bag itself was a real bargain and exactly as promised. Even better than I thought it would be… I will be buying more from Lux Central for sure. Great staff too. Thanks again

Purchased two bags from here as im after some vintage LV and Gucci bags. The stock they have is lovely ive purchased twice and the bags are beautiful. Exactly as described and packaged well. Never let me down, Amazing as always

I’ve lost count the amount of times I’ve purchased from lux Central, everything I’ve bought has been in a better condition than advertised, posted out with Royal Mail (signed for) which gives me the option to have it delivered to my local post office to collect it as I’m at work most of the day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing

Amazing .
Fast service bag was sent off , inspected and payment was made within a couple of days also I was notified via email with updates, I thought with being over the Christmas period this would take much longer how ever i was very surprised. Will deffo be using them again to buy and sell.👍🏻

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. All of our items are sold exactly as seen and described, and as they are pre-owned, we can only grade their condition at the time of sale—not how they may wear over time.

You’ve mentioned that the product looked great, which aligns with the condition shown in our photos and live presentation. The video you provided of the “flaw” shows the heels being firmly pressed inwards. With any pre-owned trainers, this area will naturally compress when pressure is applied, and once worn, it would be pushed back out by the foot and cause no issues with fit or wear.

The item was sold with a £70 discount, and as explained, once the return tag is removed the item is no longer eligible for return and you’re accepting the item - to come back at a later date with a change of mind is unfortunate but not in line with our return policy. At that point, customers are welcome to enjoy the item at a significantly reduced pre-loved bargain price or resell it for a similar amount.

We always aim to be transparent and fair, and we’re sorry you were disappointed with your experience.
