Easily found the product, saw the price. Happy with the description and conditions. made the purchase, got feedback that the order was received, then that the shipment was on the way. Can't ask for more than that. All done in a few minutes.

LUXANS SHAME ON YOU! I wrote a good review about this company a few weeks ago because when i was BUYING something they were helpful. Products arrived some good quality others terrible, I wouldn't pay $5 for one bikini that cost me AUD$40 on sale, sizing totally off and material and stitching so bad. Then I tried to RETURN a few Items backpack, Kimono (I kept 3 Items) started the return within 3 DAYS their "30 day easy return" seems to not exist, lots of emails saying how important you are on your satisfaction LOL but answering questions about your return NOTHING, its been over 5 days of silence. I have sent pictures as they request and lots of emails asking HOW do I return as THEY don't have a return button on their site, every things by email so you will EVENTALLY give up as THEY DONT REPLY. So buy from Temu, Shien or Ali Express THEY REFUND easily and I've never had a problem buying from them. So in my opinion they are acting like a SCAM COMPANY that takes your money and then doesn't want to know you TRY ELSEWHERE!! IF i ever hear from them about my refund I will up date this message. Has ANYONE ever got a REFUND from LUXANS ???

The product description told me all I needed to know about it making my choice a whole lot easier

I found just what I wanted at a reasonable price and check was simple with all the payment options anyone would ever want.

So far, easy to navigate page, no issues, I guess ill have to wait until the item arrives!

A great selection of lighting designs at brilliant prices and an easy to navigate website with clear direction on delivery and returns policy

Easy to navigate, prompt response

Easy to deal with

Purchased for the first time, today and returned to purchase another item. I like it is shipped same day and postage was free.

What made my experience great was firstly, the ease of the processing of the purchase and payment through the website and secondly, the up conformation email snd update about the processing and dispatch of my order which i greatly appreciate l.
