Ordered some shoes which have never arrived.

I was patient & waited asking for delivery & tracking info - nothing forthcoming.

I eventually asked for a full refund. Received many emails from them, each time offering me increasing values for vouchers or discounts against a future order.

I refused all just asking for a full refund against an order I gave not received. None forthcoming citing courier problems (which are not my problems - it's for them to sort out).

As a result, I have been forced to write this review. I urge nobody to place an order with this company. You will find yourself very disappointed. I actually believe them to be a SCAM.

REPEAT: BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM AT YOUR PERIL!!!

I am responding to their reply on trust pilot. Absolutely nonsense they send you obviously generated replies which have no meaning behind what they actually say. I have never stopped reaching out sending daily emails & they are now just ignoring them. I have not received a response from them in over 2 weeks. They are quick enough to take your money however not so quick to refund when the item you buy is not what they were advertising. They have no right to withhold your refund or request for you to return at your expense. I am more than 3 months now waiting on a refund. I believe they just expect everyone to give up the fight for their own rights to receive a refund. This is not a reputable company and I would avoid at all cost. Am currently fighting for a refund on a coat which is simply too big and I am requesting a full refund as per the website and coming up against obstacle after obstacle, being offered a smaller sizer (I ordered the smallest size if they had bothered to check) for an additional fee of £23.99!!! I declined and again asked for a return label so I could have a refund, then had an email advising of return shipping costs being too high and offering a 15% ‘goodwill’ refund but I could keep the item! I want the FULL REFUND as per the website - NO QUESTIONS asked! The cost is simply simply too big!!!! It shouldn’t be this hard!!!! Just send me a returns label so my 14yo daughter can get her hard saved pocket money back PLEASE!!!!!!! It took longer than expected to get the coat in the first place and already been fighting a week for the refund and still ongoing!!!!!

They're clearly AI generated and a load of smoke and mirrors designed to make you give up the will to return your ghastly quality item and finally accept a 20% refund if you're lucky! Now my shoes that looked like they were cut out of cardboard and put together by children in arts & crafts are going straight into the bin.

Order arrived after 2 weeks of order, when I opened the package I was so shocked with the quality, really poorly made, thought I had bought a pair of Karate pants. Tried to return, and was told that the return cost was too high, and that they would offer me a 15% refund. Do not use this company, wished I'd done my research beforehand.

I ordered some shoes

I ordered some shoes. I told them same day that I wanted to cancel the order. They failed to do this and then when shoes eventually came I requested a refund. This was basically refused and partial ones were offered. 50% was agreed and I was told money would be refunded. Alas nothing and 10 days later no replies to my emails. I feel upset, let down and wish I had never encountered the company. Wish I had read reviews before as my money sadly may be lost unless bank can reverse payment.

Feels like a scam company.

Feels like a scam company.
My coat took longer than stated to be delivered and on receipt it is too big anyway. I am trying to send item back for a refund as per their website returns policy and have several emails back trying to put me off, offering me the product at discounted cost and trying to scare me with “high courier return costs that are not suitable to the customer”. I just want the money back, looks like I’ll be getting my credit card company onto it!

Scam company DO NOT USE

I wish I had read reviews of this scam company before going ahead and purchasing from here. Unfortunately I went ahead and purchased some shoes from the website. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit correctly and were of poor quality so I emailed the company to begin the returns process.
I was put in contact with 'Chloe' who was extremely obstructive in allowing me to go ahead and send the shoes back and get a full refund. After many emails she convinced me to accept a 50% refund and I would be able to keep the sandals who actually didn't fit me so I could never wear. Chloe said she would pass the communication onto the refunds/accounts department to initiate my refund. After several weeks still no refund had appeared in my bank account, I emailed again and once again 'chloe' replied to say the refund had been processed. Several weeks later still no refund from them so I emailed again this time to no response. Several follow up emails to still no response. They have stolen my money and are clearly out to scam the public. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Ordered boots for wife from what I thought was a Uk company. Arrived meant to be UK 6 more like 5 didn't fit also felt poor quality. After 25 emails back and forth, the first email saying if a wanted a bigger pair I'd have to pay £24. Told them to get stuffed finally accepted 50% refund as they didn't seem to want me to return as no matter how much I asked no return details were forthcoming! ON THEIR WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES 30 DAYS REFUND/RETURN POLICY BUT THEY DON'T WANT THAT. Final email on 28th August from Chloe (doubt that's her name) saying refund definitely done but asked for proof and that's the last I've heard from them. Thankfully paid via Klarna their specialists are now looking into lux and classys lies PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY JUST SCAMMERS.

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service when it comes to refunding, at first I reached out to cancel my purchase about an hour of making the order they didn’t reply and then they replied saying it was already shipped the next day when the order tracking didn’t even tell me yet that the order is ever ready to ship, also is refusing a refund and the item looked nothing like the photos uploaded and very cheap quality.

Do not buy from this company. I believe it is a scam company. I tried to return the product as the size was off and they kept offering me 10% then 15% etc and to keep the shoes. I kept telling them I did not want the shoes but in the end didn’t want to pay to return them as I didn’t trust that they would ever refund the money. Which they haven’t. They were supposed to refund 50% but it’s been over a month. I asked them to provide proof that they refunded the money and they have now stopped replying to my emails. Save yourself the hassle and do not use this company. They have no decent reviews which should tell you everything.
