Dishonest business

This company is very dishonest and not reputable. Buyers be very aware. They claim to allow returns but when you try to request a return label they refuse saying they are a small business and the cost is too much. You are then presented with meagre settlement offers. JUST DONT TRUST THEM… it’s not worth it!

Successful charge back from bank!! Con artists!

After being ripped off by this company saying they were sending me Ralph Polo sweaters, and receiving Temu Tat, and then saying I had to return this rubbish to China at my cost, even though their website says no quibble 30 dat return, I can say I have been successful in a chargeback! My bank reviewed the emails and false advertising and found in my favour! If you have been conned I urge you to not give in and go this route.

I wish read reviews before ordering

Just give up with this company, but my bank gave me my money back. As they are basically fraudulent sellers, promising refunds they won’t deliver! I wish I had read emails before ordering from this dreadful company. I ordered a pair of floor length cashmere trousers £69.99, they are about 4 inches too short and are no use to me. I also have been offered all sorts of ridiculous solutions, order a larger size and pay half price was one, then 20% refund and keep item. I have sent about 12 emails. Does anyone actually get as promised on their website a full refund?

False advertising & scammers! Avoid!

Product sold did not match description or photos. Advertised as free returns, when I asked to return my items due to the above issues they rejected my request and tried to offer a 10% refund, then 20%, then 30%. Finally they have accepted the return, but only if I cover the significant cost of posting the items back to China myself, despite previously stating returns to a location in Europe, and I will not receive a refund until up to 30 days after receiving the item! AVOID

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I purchased a product which was advertised as a 'cashmere jumper' when I received it it is 100% polyester. I have emailed them and have been offered a 20% refund, they are saying that the returns would be expensive.

Not value for money and not what they seem

Despite trying to present themselves as a UK company, I believe my shoes came from China. Took a while. These shoes are not worth the £37 sale price I paid. They are thin, almost felted, flimsy, narrow and at least a size too small (I am a 4.5, got a 5, should have got a 6). I did love the dark green colour. I'm not returning them, got put off by reviews saying returns were expensive and difficult. Will just put it down to experience.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Dreadful company.
Registered business address is in the Netherlands, but all returns are to China.
Bought a pair of shoes, something weird in the fit of them inside, so instigated a return.

12 emails later with photos etc as requested by "Chloe", I've been offered no more than a 30% refund because their courier charges a lot for transporting large and bulky items ... 1 pair of cheap looking plastic trainers with a horrible plastic smell which, in it's original packaging, weighs a HUGE 520 grams in total.
Their courier of choice must be pretty poor if it struggles with that!!
They do not uphold the terms and conditions stated on their own website.

Anyway, it'll be £13 to return to China, but I'll still be doing it - It's my money, not theirs and really they should get their shoddy products returned so it's their problem to deal with - its utter Plastic tatt, and I wish I'd ever seen their website

Do not purchase from them

I wish I had seen all these reviews before purchasing. Do not buy from them, absolute horrible experience. It’s been a week and I’m still chasing for a refund. Their products comes from China and if you need full refund, consumer has to pay for return postage back to China! Website has no mention of this but rather a location in Netherlands. Stuck with falsely advertised products, I would never recommend to anyone.

Scammers!!!

Scammers!!

Tried to get a refund as the item they sent were not as described on the website. Told me too expensive to send back, but says in the website that free returns. Offered 10% then 20% and to keep the item, which I refused each time. They then said they will get a manager to look into it. That was two weeks ago and now radio silence. Save your money.

Avoid at all costs

Do not use this website. They are scammers who do not stick to refund policy and offer partial refund because return costs are too high…not in their policy. They have now not responded and always referred to a mystery manager who never respond. Avoid avoid avoid!

The response is putting a very nice spin on things and quite frankly lies! I ordered my item on 24/08/2025 and contacted you on 13/09/2025 and any normal calendars that is well within 30-days! I had a response on the 14/09/2025 which never said I was outside the return window.

The partial refund started with 15% of what I paid because YOU did not want to pay for my item to be retuned because YOUR refund policy does not state this.

Your scam of a business has since stopped replying and has have basically taken my money for a product that was not fit for purpose!

Absolutely awful experience

Bought a jumper, the quality was dreadful, the size and proportions were not accurate. The returns process was intentionally difficult and expensive and the offer to keep the jumper and get a 30% refund was reluctantly taken after haggling. Absolutely awful company, will never order anything from them ever again

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this sham of a company! DO NOT TOUCH them with a barge pole!!!
Ordered and paid for a 'so-called' Ralph Lauren half zip jumper to be ripped off with a cheap piece of shite; it's so poorly made from China that I wouldn't even give it to charity!
Sent numerous emails back and forth to Chloe, the director and NOT customer services, to be constantly fobbed off with a 'standard' apology response.

This site is flooded with negative reviews!
KARMA is a just...so I hope they get their comeuppance. Shame on you, Chloe!

Totally untrue. You have just sent another email 10 mins ago to increase refund from 20% to 30% when I have requested a full refund on all of my emails. Complete SCAM!

SCAM! They send completely different low qaulity items that look nothing like those shown on their website.

I ordered a pair of men's shoes but what arrived was completely different. They were synthetic poor qaulity and looked nothing like what I purchased. They didn't even come in a shoe box.

I requested a refund only to be offered either a 15% refund or to return the item to China at my own cost.

This is despite the item being sent from within the UK and the promise of a 30 day money back guarantee on the website.

It's a complete scam and I will be reporting this website to UK Trading Standards and The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets as this is where the company is supposedly registered.

If you've been duped by this website I recommend contacting your credit or debit card provider to initiate a charge back.

Company should be investigated

Terrible company. Huge scam. Got 2 jumpers, paid £78. Looked like a dog had dragged them round the garden, cheap, thin, too small. Tried to return. No returns form. No tags, No labels on jumpers. Trying to fob me off with 15% of purchase, because you have to return them to Holland. The pics of jumpers on site are not what you get. Poundland would be better! Scam company needs to be investigated! Still no refund. Received an email a week after the items were delivered offering 20% refund from original price and asking for jumpers to be returned to China to an address that does not exist. The company replied to my asking for a refund. Same old email, but still offered 20% off the original price. Jumpers need to be sent to a non existent company in China.
Basically, reading through the reviews they do this so you give up and stop doing reviews. You never get a refund. Do not go near this scam company. My dog has a much nicer jumper to wear and I didn’t waste nearly £80 pounds on it. This is a cheap scam company. The pics they use are not anything like the rubbish they send you.
Do not go near them! On the website it states. Free returns, full refund if returned within 30 days. Your never get a full refund. Shit company! In their latest email, it states they are offering a partial refund of 30% because of the weight of jumpers and the size of package having to be returned to China costs so much! Bullshit! Offering a partial refund is a joke. Site states full refund if returned within 30 days. No return forms, no tags, no labels on jumpers. When you try to return, they want you to send to Holland but because of courier fees offered 20% refund.
Now want me to send to China. Company address they offer is non existent. They are lowlifes and reply as if helping, where really they are not at all. Still I want a 100% refund. But can’t send jumpers to made up address in China. Once again shit people, shit company. They will send the same email stating they are trying to help. Don’t go near them. Bullshit Company, Bullshit lowlife.
