Our rep was great.

But, long delay in receiving the product, received a bill before the product was even installed, once product arrived it was faulty. Second time to install - product is wrong size. Have not heard anything since.....

Install workmen were nice and left the faulty product so we can use the area with sun shade. On the second time they came to install one of the workmen was loud and using curse words.

3rd time lucky ?

We're thrilled with the upgrade to the window coverings in our new home - external rolldown awnings to keep out the sun and some beautiful white shutters in the ensuite and bedroom - adds a touch of luxury! Taylor was so helpful with her advice and a pleasure to deal with. Installation was easy and done by experienced people and the product quality has so far been excellent. We highly recommend.

The standout feature of my transaction with Lifestyle Blinds was the salesperson. Taylor was on time, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely buy more Luxaflex because of her.

My experience with Lifestyle Blinds and Awnings at Tarragindi is one of a lasting impression of a very professional outfit having excellent staff (Taylor, Kirby, and Ben (the installer) and fantastic customer service.

Recently, whilst collating my taxation receipts, I stumbled upon a receipt from Luxaflex for my investment property in Hendra. It was a receipt from the Tarragindi store, and I had dealt with Taylor and Kirby's father 5 years ago. This piece of nostalgia prompted this 5 star review. The experience I had many moons ago was great, so when it came time to purchase other products for my home in Bellbowrie, the name "Luxaflex" became synonymous with quality, service and professionalism. So, I contacted the store and organised a meeting with their sales team. This time around, I got Taylor. At first impressions, Taylor was a young, attractive, and determined sales consultant. She was knowledgable with her products and provided the best options for what we needed. She provided a great price. We obtained a few other quotes prior to meeting Taylor and some of the products were similar but cheaper. We opted for Luxafelx because I had 3D CAD the design and colour selection to my house and the colours suggested actually looked bold, but complimentary. It was a win! Ben installed it in 2 weeks, and performed an amazing job. It has been 6 months since installation and we are super happy with the awning. Because of this, we decided to seek Taylor and Kirby for our interior blind purchase for the two bedrooms, and front door fixed window. The price was reasonable, but more importantly, Taylor knew how to match the colours perfectly. It was a no brainer and we didn't seek other quotes. For a family owned business, I have to give Luxaflex Tarragindi 5 stars for great customer service, products, and delivery. Their level of professionalism and communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend this store!

We have previously purchased products from Luxaflex at Tarragindi and are very impressed with this friendly family business. Recently we had Taylor come to our house as we were replacing curtains that had been part of the house for 44 years. Taylor brought her portfolio and assisted us in choosing LumiShade blinds/curtains which we are absolutely delighted with. She invited us to visit the Showroom to see the product hanging there. She also assisted us in choosing an awning for our back deck. Her knowledge of the products is very helpful and we have found all the staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient.

The staff of Lifestye blinds and Awnings, gave us excellent service. They were generous with their time , while we considered all the options of the two areas that we installed Luxaflex products.

We are very impressed with our Luxaflex shutters and Silhouette Shades. Lifestyle Blinds gave us outstanding service and Taylor was so helpful when choosing the right window coverings for different rooms of our Villa. The showroom was great and Kirby was able to show us what the product would look like and how they would operate. We love our silhouette shades in our lounge and dining areas. They was so simple to use with PowerView installed on our iPhones or by the remote device. They provide the perfect amount of light and privacy that we need. The shutters installed in our bedrooms, bathroom and laundry look beautiful and are so well made, easy to clean and changed the whole look of our Villa. Taylor did an excellent job of measuring up our requirements and was so helpful with suggestions and options and promptly delivered our quote. Then it was the boys turn to deliver and install and we could not be happier. Our home has a lovely new smiley face.

The blinds are beautiful. We tried other companies and were told by them all that neither curtains or blinds can be fitted to our unusual area. But, a visit to Luxaflex at Tarragindi and a consult with Taylor proved the other companies wrong. We now have beautiful Luminette Privacy Sheers which are stylish and perfect. We cannot express how pleased we are with the service.

We love our Luxaflex EVO STC Awning. After a lot of research and quote comparison we chose this Luxaflex product and the team at Tarragindi and couldn't be happier. The blind now allows us to use our west-facing deck all year round. It cuts out the sun and heat beautifully, as well as the rain, which is an extra benefit. The on-site quoting service was delightful taking the time at our house to make sure we chose the best shade option for our needs (balancing privacy and shade with not feeling 'shut in') and colours that perfectly match our Queenslander house. Our installer was also excellent - professional, tidy, efficient and went above and beyond for a perfect fit, even painting an additional piece to blend with our deck poles. I highly recommend both product and service and would definitely use again.

I had luxaflex at Tarragindi install curtains, an outdoor awning and some internal blinds. I can’t recommend them enough. A delight to help me make the important decisions and products supplied on time and installed as promised.
