Luton Airport Taxis Omdömen 

I really don’t understand all the negative reviews for Luton Airport Taxis these have to be fake! we honestly had the best experience. I found it very easy to get a quote (cheapest by far from a list of 6 other firms) Booked and pay beforehand again very simple. The children said the cab was on time and waiting for them at the airport they also added the driver was lovely. 5* from us for sure

We have ordered taxi night before for 3 AM
Taxi never came!!! Not trusted taxi transport

Awful awful awful service, took a small ride 6 minutes, guy charged me £20 and just gave me shit the whole time, when I tried explaining I needed to be at the train station before my train he kept making sly remarks like "why don't you get a taxi home" like Mohammad I live 1000 miles away and I am here visiting family 300 miles away from the train station

He's lucky I wasn't 10 years younger.

Me & my partner came back from holiday at 9.30 pm to Luton Airport on the 19th of November 2024.We went to taxi rank and asked for a quote to Farley Hill in Luton.Bearing in mind only a 7/8 minute ride,with a cheesy exaggerated smile masking his absolute greed,he quoted £35?Legalised robbery? who monitors/ sanctions these services provided by Luton Airport.Not a good policy for LLA,Has made me consider using alternative airport routes 🫤 ps. Update - we then caught the dart to Luton airport parkway,called local cab company and was only charged £5.50. No wonder Airport taxi drivers wear such cheesy grins!

Booked via lutonairporttaxis.co.uk then it was managed by A-B Sky Airport Transfers LTD.
Booked a drop off at luton airport. Driver didn't want to drop us at the terminal, left us on the roundabout near the public carpark saying that couldn't take us closer because of the traffic jam but we just had to cross the road. At 3am with a large suitcase had a long walk along the road down to the terminal.
Booking confirmation said £77 + £5 to pay directly at the barrier. The driver lied and said no there was no barrier fee we had to pay him £82 directly. When we finally arrived at the terminal we saw the taxi rank fully functionning and displaying signs indicating the £5 taxi rank fee.
Absolutely disgusted by the service. Maybe cheaper than the competition, but only get half the service paid for

Absolutely awful company , on a drop off to the airport the driver was late 30 mins what was stressful traveling with small kids , on a arrival back from the airport the driver has not come ,when I called the company they said he is running late 10 mins ( I booked in advance ) when I called affer 10 mins he again said the driver is running 10 mins late and he did not come again after that 10 mins . It was cold as it was very early in the morning and my baby was not well . I found different operator to take us back home . I will never use this service again .

As soon as you come outside arrivals, some people come to you and offer cheap taxi for CASH! FAKE!!! They don't have proper insurance,no taxi licence ...nothing! They came and offered me cheap taxi ,but NOO not going in a fake taxi with NO insignia! Don't fall for this! This needs to be sorted!

Fake taxis waiting inside the airport and hassle passengers for cash trips. No security, nobody care. I did a complaint bit nobody care.

Taxi #141 sitting outside Luton airport parkway station only accepting cash. Dodgy af. Unfortunately there were no normal taxis in the area.

After booking via phone... The operator said that's all booked in for you. On the day they simply didn't turn up 3 hours before needing to be at the airport. I wasn't sent a booking reference and no one in the office knew who I was dispite the oporator taking down my address, my phone number, time and date ect.
After complaining via email due to the ordeal and stress to get to my destination, they did apologise in detail, which was nice, but they promised to keep me informed of what actually happened.... Which they haven't. They literally could of cost me a fortune if I hadn't of made my flight and did Infact cost me more than I wanted pay in parking costs that I had no other option in which to book. Its just inexcusable.
1 star.... Sure use them from the airport... Avoid at peril if picking you up.

Awful, just awful. They are extremely rude, making stupid comments and treated the entire family like he was giving us a free ride. I would rather pay Addison Lee as at least they are polite and it’s worth paying the money.

Shame on you especially, Hackney Licence 131, SF69 WTP. You need to revise your attitude as I’m paying for a service to not be treated like crap!! I have him the exact amount for the ride, (was not goi be to leave a tip after the awful experience) and the look he gave me- like he wanted to hit me if he could.

The guy managing at the airport is the same, treating paying customers like ***.

Book Addison or Uber. Avoid like a plague .

My flight was late and the driver waited patiently for me at the airport, besides having to re-arrange other engagements. Very reliable and prompt service 24/7, so I'd definitely recommend the service and use it again.

We’re very satisfied with the service we received from Luton airport to Centreparks, and driver returned for us at the end of our holliday came up to the lodge to collect us at 7am. On the dot . Great service THANK YOU,

NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.
The taxi was already 20 minutes late and kept telling me to wait for 3, 2, 1 minutes and it was a lie. After 40 delay minutes they told me they were only 3 miles away. So I had to get a Black Cab in the end.

1hr before we boarded our flight to Luton they emailed asking for more money, because they weren’t aware we were travelling from Luton airport rather than Luton town centre. This despite it being clear on our booking and them sending us information many days before about the airport barrier fee we would need to pay separately. We rebooked with a reputable firm.

Excellent service, clean car, driver was friendly and efficient on time on both the pickup from airport and return journey. Absolutely no complaints paying the £3 drop off charge which Luton airport charge all cars, this company are more than £3 cheaper than any other companies.

They were extraordinary and super patiance and still picked me up even after my flight had almost 2 hours delay. And on top of that they didnt charged me nothing for all the time the driver waited me, not a penny extra asked.

WE hebben geboekt met meet and greet in de aankomsthal , maar de chauffeur was er niet - de vlucht was te laat en hij was helemaal niet komen opdagen, alleenmaar smoesjes - gebeld en er kwam een andere driver die vertelde dat hij alleen maar inviel. Ik heb geklaagd bij sales @ots-system.net en de chauffeur had gezegd dat hij op tijd was want de klanten moesten toch wachten op hun 20 kg/plus bagage.
