Vorsicht! Ich hab vor einem Jahr den naruto Ring den sie anbieten bestellt. Erst dauerte es Wochen lang und wurde aus China verschickt.... Dann als ich drohte mit rückzahlung kam der Ring endlich sogar mit Videos. Doch jetzt ein Jahr später blättert der Ring ab. Ich hab daraufhin sie angeschrieben und auf die lebenslange Garantie verwiesen. Den ja ich trage den Ring täglich das sollte aber ein 'ehering' aushalten vorallem wenn man ihn immer auszieht zum baden etc. Jedenfalls hiess es das dass nicht zur lebenslangen Garantie zähle und ich nochmal den gesamten Preis ja zahlen könnte den ich vor einem Jahr bezahlte (150fr) und sie mir einen neuen machen. Übrigens das was ab blättert ist Silber.

Phenomenal quality.

I have to be honest, I saw their lotus lace ring, and asked for a copy from a local jeweler.
They weren’t even close on the quality; what I saw online. Then I realized I have to get it from the source.

When I ordered, updates came through nicely (shoutout Jack), and in person? The ring is PHENOMENAL. Like, it put the dupe ring to shame.

The team worked diligently to help me refine my idea to match the idea in my vision. The final product expressed my love beautifully to my partner and made our anniversary so much more special. This was an absolutely amazing experience from the design, to the speed at which I received my jewelry, and the final unique cut. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was excited about the bracelet I ordered. I was told that the order would take 4 to 6 weeks to ship. After the six week mark, I had to reach out to the company several times asking for a status update. I finally received an update and received the bracelet about two weeks after when I was told I would receive it. Upon arrival, the design was beautiful, however, the bracelet was too short and did not fit. I reached out again to the company for solutions and several days have passed without any acknowledgment or solutions from the company. The company certainly needs to improve their communication with their clients, especially as a relates to delays in delivery and solutions for when the product does not fit as desired.

As an engineer, I really appreciated their behind the scenes video updates as your ring gets made! Made you really feel part of it, but it was so cool seeing each process.

The ring arrived well within their 4-5 weeks guarantee, and I have my wedding in couple months.

Honestly not sure what to say, first impressions speaking with Jack - he was great, attentive, detail oriented and prioritized customizing our wedding bands to the best of his abilities. However, communication was falling off after a while and there were huge gaps of no communication and just myself sending emails so it felt very insecure. An online website that took my money and I didn't get responses back for days and after many emails sent, so you could imagine the insecurity especially since it's not little bits of money. BUT the rings are indeed very beautiful and exactly as I requested, Jack understood everything that I wanted however it did take a long while for my husband's ring to arrive even though I kept asking for confirmation that the rings would arrive in time. I believe I reached out in late Jan / early Feb. I officially ordered my ring in feb and my husband's ring sometime late Feb/ early Mar and Jack sent an email that it was fully completed in April but then the ring was incorrect and after a few days of no response back, it was then mentioned that it was not "fully" completed. Then a full month afterwards, it was "officially" fully completed. That was very weird. There is also a stain on my wedding band that feels as though it is embedded before the polish because when I touch it, it is very smooth and you cannot feel the stain or any difference.

Honestly, a good and odd experience. the rings are beautiful at the end of the day even though mine has a stain. Do order well in advance if you do decide to move forward with Luther's Diamonds. Perhaps 6 months to a year in advance to be careful.

The Luther Diamond team made me feel so valued as a customer by providing great communication and taking all of my requests into consideration. They made the process easy, ensured my delivery date was a day that I could be there to sign and also made sure I was involved with every step in the design process. The final masterpiece was absolutely mind blowing. You could see the love, care and quality put into the engagement ring. Best experience I’ve ever had and I am so happy with my masterpiece. Absolutely disappointing.

It’s almost laughable that I can’t even attach photos of the item I received—because what I got looks nothing like what was advertised. I ordered a gold necklace, and the product I received was completely misleading in size, presentation, and overall quality.

What’s worse is the way this was handled. I was pushed into accepting store credit—which I never wanted—and now I’m being told I have to pay for return shipping for THEIR mistake. That’s unacceptable.

This experience feels deceptive and completely unprofessional. I regret trusting and supporting this business. I will absolutely be warning others about how poorly this was handled.

Avoid this place.

After placing the order, we got hit by a snowstorm, and everything was delayed. I was very worried about the delivery of the ring, but Jack Atkin was very helpful and considerate. He kept giving me regular updates, and He was always available whenever I needed any assistance. I also want to mention that the ring itself is gorgeous; it is exactly how I imagined it to be.
