Lustro Stone Omdömen

Right from our first contact with Joe, his speed in replying to texts, keeping us informed as to what we require, choice of worktops, installation aspects, when the worktops will be installed has been nothing short of excellent. He, and Max, are exceptionally friendly. The price was very very reasonable and affordable. Last, but certainly not least, the worktops look stunning and makes a fantastic update on our previous kitchen.
We have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Lustro Stone for your consideration.
Many thank Joe and Max.

Out of all my experiences during this home renovation this has been the smoothest and easiest of all. From template to fit was a matter of days. Joe and Max were absolutely lovely, the job they have done is stunning, exactly what we asked for and cheaper than all the high street quotes we got. So glad we went with a company where you actually speak to real people who go above and beyond. Right I'm off to stare at my new worktops and splashback and just admire how beautiful they are

Would highly recommend Joe
Very professional company came with all the top gadgets to get a top job done right,I love my quartz worktops and splash backs thank you again both Joe and Max.

I can recommend this company for both quality and service.
I bought from Lustrostone following a recommendation.
Joseph was really helpful with helping choose the worktop. After deciding to go ahead the survey was completed in less than a week and the worktops fitted a few days later. I chose worktops along with splash backs to match.
The finished product looks amazing and we are really pleased with the quality and fit.

Excellent service from Joe he has done a fantastic job of fitting our quartz worktop having previously had a bad experience. Great price too beat all other quotes. Would highly recommend.

Booked Joe in after repeatedly being let down . He priced it from photos and sizes I sent , he then came and took his own measurements with a professional machine that measures accurately not with corrugated plastic like most . The following week it was fitted and to the great price he quoted .
Finish and professionalism was great , very pleased with it and them . I’m in the building trade and will be using them again . Thanks again

Would highly recommend Lustro Stone. Joe was friendly and helpful and provided an excellent customer service throughout.

Couldn’t fault Joe’s company in any way.

Joe was extremely professional and patient from start to finish. He was very accommodating whilst I went back and fourth trying to make a decision. The worktop has been fitted to perfection and is the most complemented part of the kitchen! I would highly recommend Joe if you're looking for a good quality Quartz worktop! I'm over the moon with it!

From the initial contact to the installation, Joe has been excellent in every department. His customer service excels expectations and the installation and completed project even more so. We could not recommend Joe/Lustro Stone any more highly than we are able to do this on this platform . Absolutely fantastic👍

Absolutely love the worktops supplied by Lustro. Megan was very helpful from the beginning to the end and Joe did really nice job fitting the tops 👌 Would definitely recommend them to everyone

Honestly, I cannot even begin to describe how amazing this company is. From the wonderful and helpful Megan who helped me pick out the stone I wanted to Joe who came and installed it and did an amazing job. I am so impressed. Thank you so much.

We were so impressed with the service Joe has provided us with.
Our quartz looks stunning, we are so happy.
Don't go anyway else, they will not be beaten on price! Thanks again

Cannot fault this company. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Best prices and super efficient. Would recommend them to anyone. Well done all👏👏👏

I would highly recommend Joe and his team, they have done a fantastic job on our kitchen worktops. They came recommended by our kitchen fitter, and they did not disappoint. Joe‘s attention to detail is 2nd to none, and I can be very picky. When he couldn’t lay his hands on the worktops we had already chosen due to Covid and supply issues, Joe came with alternatives and we picked a very very close match. His turn around times are also fantastic!

Excellent service, very fast turnaround from templating to fitting only 3 days. The team were fantastic nice fitting highly recommend price is very reasonable.

Lustro Stone has provided a fantastic service, very quick, and efficient service.
