I recently purchased the ‘Casa’ bar stools from LushInteriors, and the whole experience was genuinely impressive from start to finish. The communication was excellent, every message was clear, prompt, and really helpful, which made the process feel smooth and stress-free. I chose to collect the stools, and the pickup was organised perfectly, with everything ready and exactly as described.
The stools themselves are fantastic. The quality is great, they feel sturdy, and the design looks even better in person. They were also very easy to put together, which was a relief! It’s clear a lot of care goes into both the product and the customer experience.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the service and the Casa bar stools. Great communication, great product, and genuinely great customer service. I’d happily recommend LushInteriors to anyone.

In summary, the worst online purchase experience I have ever dealt with and my fist ever negative trust pilot post. The supplier of the stock I bought comes from abroad which is not stipulated when buying but the delivery dates are always caveated without citing this as a reason, despite knowing there is no stock they still take orders and citing same delivery periods, they use in house couriers this okay deliver to you when there drivers are in the area even if week(s) away (meaning you need to have other customers buying in this area before they send your stuff), communication is woeful, customer service beyond woeful.
Detail below:
- My wife and I ordered coffee tables back in October
- we placed an order on the 25th Oct (the delivery estimate was 7 to 21 days)
- they then offered to delivery it on 29th October, but to then be be told it was warehouse stock order and the stock is not in the country yet from the supplier
- we had to follow-up via email twice to get an update, where we were told the delivery would happen w/c 17th Nov
- 17th Nov came and no delivery, we contacted them again to be told the next incoming stock is still expected end of next week, and as soon as it reaches our warehouse, we will prioritise your order and contact you immediately to arrange delivery.
- today Friday 28th Nov, we still not been told whether in stock and whether will be delivered today
- we then email, to be told it will be tail end of week, as that’s when one of there six couriers are in this area
- I call to complain, speak to manager and I am told there is a massive bag log and they have been contacting customers and planning deliveries chronologically, I then ask if there delay can be mitigated via using a courier rather than there own internal six courier vans and the phone goes dead
- I call back but rings out then I am sent an email stating my order has been cancelled and claiming I am the problem for telling them how to do there jobs (which is utter nonsense).
- they have not stipulated when the refund will be, I have no doubt that will be the next unprofessional argument

We do clearly state online when an item is a pre order and that delivery timeframes can be subject to change depending on supplier schedules. This information is shown at the point of purchase so customers are aware before ordering. We also use both our delivery team and external couriers depending on location and availability.
Your order was still within the stated pre order timeframe, and we were working through deliveries in chronological order. We understand delays can be frustrating, especially during peak season, but we never intend for any customer to feel dissatisfied.

The service delivery is quick.Firstly ordering online i was to choose…
Firstly ordering online i was to choose between the 2 colours and I stated black not knowing that this meant only chairs will be black.
The team that delivered stated their dining table comes only in one colour.
Secondly the guys who delivered matched on my carpet with dirty shoes despite the notice outside..
Also they left the planks as they were not broken down especially when they knew they do not collect the boxes.

Regarding the colour options, the table is available in one finish only and the colour choice applies to the chairs. This is shown at checkout where you select the number of chairs and their colour. We appreciate you highlighting this and we will review how we present it online.
We are also very sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery team and your carpet. All our delivery members are required to remove their shoes at the door, so this should not have happened. If you could email us directly, we would like to look into this further for you.
As for the packaging, we do state on our website that we do not remove or dispose of packaging materials, but we apologise if this was not clear at the time.
