Lurento was amazing, from the first time I contacted them to when they picked up the car. Before booking I asked numerous questions and the team answered each one directly and quickly. They dropped off my car exactly at the time frame I desired and the guy that did it walked me through the vehicle and showed me how everything work along with doing a walking video of the car to inspect for prior damage. This made me feel really good that the company was also taking an interest on inspecting the car and accepting a few extremely minor flaws and documenting them so once I returned the car it wouldn't be reflected on me. The car was amazing and I racked up a couple hundred Kilos throughout the day. At exactly my requested return time a driver was there to pick up the car. Punctuality I believe is important especially when you are renting a supercar. Miss Lana who works for Lurento was exceptional and kept in communication with me my entire rental experience and after to ensure I received everything I desired. I have already referred 4 of my friends to them because they were so exceptional.

What a fantastic experience! Hired a Lamborghini for my husband as a surprise gift and from the day I contacted Lurento to help arrange the surprise, everything was done professionally and efficiently. The driver waited for us at the airport, the car was clean and in mint condition when delivered. The excess deposit released quickly and the team always kept me informed! I will recommend them for any luxury car hire and plan to use them again in future.

I hired a car from 15th -17th April to drive from Rome to Sorento and the block on a credit card of £4500 was taken by Lurento supplier Florence Luxury Car out of my account and i still do not have it back. I had to sign the suppliers contract all in italian to get the car. Lurento is now saying i have to deal with the italian supplier direct to deal with this dispute and the reason i went with lurento was that their reviews and base in the uk.
The main dispute is the car was delivered dirty and no video taken at delivery of the vehicle and on pick up a very detailed scrutiny of minor blemishes on the alloys which i believe were present before. A video was sent of the vehicle in a different location completely clean trying to claim that i damaged the wheels and £1100 damage which could buy new wheels.
Make sure you take detailed video yourself when you collect the car and expect to lose your deposit.

The service was exceptional, including free hotel delivery in Barcelona and free Navy. The Ferrari 488 Spider was brand new - only 8k on it. It had just cleaned and looked like it was just out of the showroom. You can get the same car 2015 or like for 20-30% less but I wanted a new car. Lurento has the best rates since all local companies are listing their cars. I would highly recommend - pricing is transparent and the selection of cars in unparalleled. I had booked a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster in Abu Dhabi for 2 days, because of some mechanical problems with the Roadster I could choose between Huracán Spider or Aventador. Of course I chose Aventador. I have to say I had really fun! This car is a beast! It is something else! And the service was excellent! Everytime I had any question I got the answer in short time=). That was my first experience with Lurento, found it on Google, and have no idea what to expect. While the website could be better, service is *just perfect*. The Aventador was in mint condtition, full tank, spotless.

I've just booked again and got a good offer for Ferrari 488 Spider. Company reps are great and extremely easy to communicate. I don't do reviews but I just couldn't say no to Lana.
