Bad service with wrong bundle
I selected the play mat with 18 panels playpen Bundle on the website, but after the order was completed, it suddenly became a 16 panels, which does not match the size of the play mat. Their customer service is terrible, they don't want to reply, I emailed and called customer service immediately after receiving the receipt, but they response may take few days or more than 1 week. The package delivered to my door without knocking and left outside the door which is many people walk around and easy to see and grab it. Now the play mat and the playpen is not the fit size to be a set to use. The website will recommend some incorrect products and then suggest you to buy them.

Hazardous cabinets for nursery. Tiny parts that are easy for babies to swallow.
I purchased two cabinets for my nursery 9 months ago and have been finding tiny ball bearings on the floor since. I've found 5 so far and have just realised they are coming from inside the wheels of the units.
This is a real hazard as these units are marketed for use in a nursery and babies could easily ingest these small ball bearings

Our trampoline is only a few months old (purchased November 2025) and a netting pole has already snapped. This happened during a windy day, but it was properly secured and used normally.
Customer service was extremely frustrating. There’s no phone number to call, only, messaging, and every reply just blamed “wind damage” and repeated that it was a “Centra trampoline” and they don’t sell parts.
No effort to help, no solution offered, just the same response over and over. Blatant violation of Australian Consumer Law.

Very happy with my playpen
Bought a play pen for my baby! Great decision, play pen was easy to assemble, safe and my baby loves it. Not too light; not too heavy, the suction works. I don’t have much space so the fact that you can assemble it and shape it as you want was the best.
