Solicitei o saque do meu saldo e até agora o pedido permanece apenas “sob revisão”, sem qualquer prazo ou solução concreta. Já entrei em contato com o suporte diversas vezes e não recebo ajuda efetiva, apenas respostas genéricas.
O mais estranho é que todos os depósitos que fiz foram aprovados imediatamente, sem qualquer análise ou dificuldade. Porém, quando chega a hora de sacar o dinheiro, começa toda essa burocracia e demora sem explicação.
Essa situação gera muita insegurança e falta de ética, pois parece que a plataforma facilita a entrada do dinheiro, mas dificulta a retirada.
Do jeito que está e sem respostas concretas, não recomendo o site.

Refused €1,600 payout after confirming early payout applies
I placed a €500 accumulator bet including Bayer Leverkusen to win.
Leverkusen went 2–0 up in the match, which qualifies for early payout under Lunubet’s own promotion terms (pre-match selections settled as won if the team leads 2–0).
Before the match ended, I contacted support to confirm whether my bet would qualify. I was explicitly told that my bet would be counted as a winning bet.
Despite:
- the qualifying condition being met
- clear confirmation from support
the bet was later settled as a loss after the match ended 3–3.
When I raised this, Lunubet refused to pay and relied on a clause stating they can restrict features without reason — even after confirming the bet qualified.
This means:
- customers can be told a bet qualifies
- the condition can occur
- and the payout can still be refused afterwards
I have full screenshots of the support confirmation and the promotion terms.
Be very careful using this site.

I made several deposits here and had a huge winning in sports section (over 20k). First thing I noticed, my account was limited for betting quickly. So I decided to withdrew my winnings. As I reached the level 5 VIP, the limits of withdrawals was generous (5k per day). First withdrawal was kind of OK (a little delay but they processed it). I asked for the second withdrawal February 16th. Todays is 24th and still pending. I wrote mails and chats every day, but nobody can tell me what the problem is. I dont know if I will be able to withdraw my money, so I recommend to look for better sites to play.

Solicitei um saque no valor de R$ 1.000,00 via Pix no dia 27/01/2026 às 03:13, conforme registrado na própria plataforma da Lunubet. O ID da transação é 69502ca6-7851-4a4b-b901-19f08c8ecce6. Desde então, o pedido permanece travado na etapa “Sob revisão”, sem qualquer avanço para aprovado, processado ou concluído.
Meus dados cadastrais estão completos e corretos, não existindo nenhuma pendência que justifique esse atraso. Ainda assim, o suporte se limita a responder que “está em análise” ou que “vão resolver”, sempre sem prazo definido, sem explicação clara e sem solução concreta.
Já se passou mais de uma semana, o pagamento não foi realizado e a situação demonstra falta de transparência e de compromisso com o cliente. Uma plataforma que trabalha com apostas e Pix deveria agir com mais seriedade, respeito e agilidade. Experiência extremamente frustrante e decepcionante.
