I was unsure about ordering trousers online because the fit can be unpredictable but this pair turned out beautifully. They sit comfortably at the waist, have enough room through the legs and still look flattering. I wore them for a full day at work and never felt the need to change when I got home. They also looked just as good with trainers as they did with heels which makes them much more useful than I expected.
The delivery took a few days longer than I first expected, but the tracking continued to update and customer support answered my question without making things complicated. When the package arrived, everything was in good condition. The knitwear piece I chose feels warm without being heavy and the colour is easy to pair with most of my wardrobe. It has already become a favourite for cooler evenings.

Delivery took a little longer than the estimate, which had me checking the tracking page more than I'd like to admit. Thankfully, updates were consistent and the order eventually arrived in good condition. The sweater itself is lovely and has become my go to option for cooler evenings.
