This is the third time I’ve ordered from Lunafide all for gift for my husband. He’s loved every thing, sweatshirts, blanket and now his favorite a hooded cloak. I lost my email link to my order so I could track its arrival and the customer service was great. Thanks for the help and responses!

I've made a couple orders from lunifide. The first was a cloak and 2 t shirts. After seeing the quality of the garments I wanted more. It took about 2 weeks after I made the order to get it shipped then about another week for it to arrive. There were tracking updates after shipping. I also had a question on the first order and they responded within a day.

Very good quality, soft and cozy material. Best cloaks. :)

My wife bought me a hoodie from this store and I absolutely loved it. Never received more compliments about an article of clothing before. I know own 2 other hoodies, and a t-shirt from and have been equally as happy with those. 7 more shirts and 1 cloak on its way.

My second order had a delay on it, but I emailed and they were quick to get back to me and get the order sent.

When I placed my next order I was surprised by an email check-in making sure all was well with the previous order and to assure me the next one was in production and should be done within 3 to 4 weeks. To my surprise it was then completed within a week.

Nice quality clothing with some beautiful designs and good customer service experience. What more is there to ask for?

Do not buy from this company. If you do not like the product and return it you will not receive a refund other than a gift card to buy something else with charges that reduce your original payment to next to nothing.

This cloak has been EVERYTHING I'm looking for! It's incredibly comfortable and warm for the winter, but I like rolling the sleeves up and wearing it with only undergarments for the warmer days! The styles and designs alone are enough to entice any collector of unique attire or abstract artwork in general. Got to give them the time to craft your new masterpiece. You can't deny the perfection once you've received yours. Order a size up! Get you a loose comfortable one... unless your going for a tight slender trench coat kind of look lol. Hope yalls' experience is as lovely as mine was!

SCAM. Be prepared to wait at least 2 months, and that's if you keep hounding them and putting up with their excuses. They also refuse to cancel the order and do not provide a full refund. The product is cool looking. Not the best quality, definitely made in China. Paypal also did nothing to get the money back and supports their scam vendors.

The first shirt I ordered was perfect. The second shirt I ordered was printed a bit light, so I returned it for store credit to order another one. Bella helped me with the return process, and personally ensured that the replacement shirt was created, shipped, and delivered quickly. I appreciated her help.

I absolutely loved this dress! Customer service was great with helping me with the size. Once I received the dress, it was even better than it looked online! The fabric is so wonderfully comfortable and it's san amazing print! LOVE IT!!!!! My husband absolutely loves it too!

This was my second order from Lunafide, I previously bought their Berserker Hoodie and was impressed enough to come back and buy the Freya cloak. I have to say that I'm very happy with the quality of the cloak, it's very warm, and I'm intending to wear it to conduct this years' Yule Rite for our midwinter gathering. Yes, June is Mid-Winter in Australia :-)
On the whole, I love the two lunafide items I have, and their customer service is great too. I'll be back for more when I can!

I have now order multiple items from Lunafide and could not be happier. The gear is comfortable and is very head turning. I’ve been getting nothing but positive reviews from everyone around me!

Website says 15 days to construct then ship your item, while promising updates along the way.
I ordered my item 2 months ago, has not shipped, have received no updates but am inundated with their marketing emails.
I have emailed a half dozen times to inquire about my item and a day later receive a dismissive email explaining its a custom item ( a pair of board shorts). Still no word on when my item may be done and ship. I purchased these for an event that happened a month ago, so will be useless to me now. Inquired about refund and was refused. As to the item itself, I have no idea if it is as advertised, still waiting.
Seems to me setting realistic expectations for your customers should be a priority in good business. I'd recommend changing the website to reflect reality, as now I'm just disgusted with my experience here which doesn't make me excited to wear their product if it ever does come.

I placed my order back on Mar 19th via a payment plan. Since then, my order has been in the "Unfulfilled" status, but since been paid in full. I have been in contact with Bella on FB Mess. She def had a Stellar CS demeanor. However, as she has very limited access to the production process and only shipping status... I have been left waiting concerned with the lack of detail she gets back from whoever she is in contact with. I hope to be able to update this review later with continued experience with the interactions.

In the meantime, I would "highly" suggest that the company consider granting more status access and info to both their CS rep/s and Customers concerning Production/Order queue status. This will greatly reduce the number of negative reviews that are received.

Today I have since requested to speak with the CEO Kieran Quarmby to attempt to get more info via Bella on FB Messenger.

Quality of material is interesting. Kinda stretchy. Colors are nice. Bit small for XXL. Will see how long it lasts.

Customer service was very helpful and responded promptly to my query. Ordering online was easy, and the website was user friendly. The craftsmanship of the product was of excellent quality! I purchased a cloak as a gift for my husband, and he loved it!! 💙 Our two sons did too! Thanks for an overall great experience- I am already looking at other items I'd like to purchase. We will be returning customers.

I wish there was a way to give a lower score. I placed my order with Lunafide on March 19th and still to this day have received nothing but the same empty responses / promises from their bot like customer service representative called Bella.

That's right, 46 days after my order, it still hasn't shipped, they promise that 24 hours after your order they will have started working on your order, I know of blind elderly people that would work faster than this.

If you've ordered anything from them, start working with whatever payment provider you worked with in getting your refund.
If you're thinking of ordering from this chinese scam company RUN AWAY NOW!!!

Ordered leggings a month ago- from LUNAFIDE company -They never shipped them but charged me & kept promising they would be shipped etc- all lies -they told me there was no way to cancel and refund my order- I had to open up a claim against them on FB and was then refunded promptly. Shady characters and not to be trusted.

Bella was a delight to communicate with. Friendly and kind. And I love my cloak. Its warm and comfy and makes me feel like I'm a wizard. And people comment on it whenever I wear it. You can tell that it is crafted with love and care.
