First time using Luna by Lisa products very impressed with them the foundation is lovely and not too heavy and I love the lipstick and gloss will definitely repurchase

I love Luna by Lisa Airbrush but delivery delay is shocking
I love Luna by Lisa Airbrush and its all I use. I purchased more in the black Friday sale and I am still waiting on delivery its almost 2 weeks. Its very disappointing. I have emailed twice and while they have responded quite quickly. Waiting 2 weeks or more for delivery within Ireland is unacceptable.

Long shipping times, item missing
The shipping took from the 15th of November until the 2nd of December, which I felt was quite a long time for something coming from incountry. Also I was missing an item, which I assume went out of stock due to the long time between ordering and packing, slightly disappointed. The products are fabulous, but I was disappointed with the delivery process.

Waited almost 3 weeks for an incomplete order. Using the excuse "it's a busy time" is not good enough. Make up was also split and had an unpleasant smell. Won't be ordering again
