Recently ordered 12 pair of underwear for around $130. Size was supposed to be 2x. However label on inside of panties had 4X. Underwear did not fit properly. They were more like a bikini style. Contacted company and they wanted me to keep them and give me a small refund. Finally they agreed to give me $100 and keep, I will donate to charity. There was no label with their name on anything on product or packaging, and were made it china. I was not happy with this company. Just buyer beware.

After a delay in shipping I received my 6 panties. 3 were LARGE - 3 SMALL. I have contacted Customer Service several times asking for a return authorization and replacement of the incorrect panties. I have not received either and would strongly recommend caution when ordering from this company

I ordered from them but never got my tanning pills. Scam

The product took almost a month for delivery. They do not work! I have been taking for over a month, not any sign of any kind of tan!
I paid for 90 day supply. The most expensive candy I have ever purchased.

Ordered and paid for three packages of tanning gummies. I only received two, requested my third package be sent immediately, and was given written ASSURANCES that my package would be sent. NOTHING received. Don’t trust this company or its customer service reps!!! Highly rated product, BUT horrible customer service!

My mother's card was charged an she didn't even purchase anything. Scam site I think. They don't deserve 1 star.

My card was charged $75.06; never received product. Will alert credit card company that this is fraud and will refuse payment.

Do not order from this company. Will not get your package and no mail regarding what happened or where package is.

There’s an old song called “Take the Money and Run”. It seems to be their motto.
I ordered underwear from them 2 1/2 weeks ago. Instantly got an email that told me they had oversold and my order would ship June 2. This is June 6 and I haven’t heard a single word.
Good luck getting in touch with customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.
Update: the items were received, 10 days beyond the dates they said I would get them and without any information from the company explaining the delay

Horrible customer service. Do not order from this company. Took three weeks to receive my order. Once it arrived it was the wrong size, so disappointed with this company and its service. Horrible!!!

Do not order from this company!! Ordered items over a month ago - delayed shipping, now delayed delivery. I asked for a refund but they said they were unable to do so because the items were in transit.

Scam!

#1- " IMPORTANT " - I " DID " RECIEVE A CREDIT ! (Full Amount).- I Did not believe the product I ordered was the one shown in website . I didn't have extra $ to waste . I emailed the company , I did get a response within two days offering me other possibilities. I declined, asking for refund . They responded again within a few days saying they would process , but be patient .
HONESTLY , I thought my $$ was gone after reading reviews .
I wrote again yesterday and they responded today with email saying the refund was processed over a week ago , and I should check my bank account. !! YES !! The did refund me the total amount paid $58. So - I wanted people to know my experience, this is important to me . I thought they treated me fairly and honestly, other than the website product description and delay on shipping , this concerned me !
Again - They did refund my money always stayed in communication with me.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Based on other reviews, pretty sure they’re scammers. They only sent my purchase when I opened a dispute with PayPal. And their customer support is incredibly condescending. She continues to insiste that they sent a shipping email - they did not. They’re liars.

Poor customer service,hung up on me,will not answer my call, item not delivered

I placed an order January 5th for leakproof underwear. It apparently arrived at an address that wasn't mine in early February. I notified the company over & over, & finally accepted an offer of 80% refund in April. Today, May 4th, I received an order with twice the number of panties ordered, not leakproof & way too big. I give up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered some Lumivyx incontinence briefs back in early February. The company emailed me in mid March apologizing profusely and saying that their orders had got mixed up with those of another company. They said they were going to send a replacement immediately. Today, April 20, the briefs arrived, together with a container of electrolyte drink powder.

I ordered Luminyx OREGANO OIL. After ordering it and paid for it, I received an email of a delay ( 4 weeks delay). When i received the package ( plastic/taped) 3rd world packaging like a 4 year old would have done with a Chinese name as sender - Not from Luminyx - the oregano oil bags have no name as company. Obviously this is contrefaits pill of whatever it is but definitely not OREGANO OIL ! Beware and Caution DO NOT consume - Lesson learn ! They are no customer service either
I threw them away and I will do a better research.

Total bait and switch -- torn between: I should have known better, and frustration with the lack of response from the company. I still do not have my item, and had to file a dispute with PayPal. The company corresponded through PayPal with me and offered a 50% discount. PayPal customer service suggested I take it. One very frustrating note -- Lumivyx said it emailed me tracking info, and it indeed never did. When I pressed for it, they went silent. So the fact that they said they emailed me was very frustrating. Nothing in spam or junk, so nothing at all. Also, when I ordered through the website, it said "low stock." It let me order and pay, but then I received a notice that it was backordered. When I filed the dispute through PayPal, PayPal was able to track an obscure tracking number to some port in Hong Kong. Totally bogus -- doubt I'll ever see this item.

Update -- went round and round on their website chat and finally got an email with a tracking number, which can only be checked on their site. When I checked it, the original date of purchase was there with "order being processed." This means they got my payment and have basically done nothing toward sending me anything.

One star given because I had to give one. Do not buy from this company. Products never arrived and no refund given. Beware buy elsewhere!

Never got my product. They said they sent it and that was it. Please don’t waste your money . I finally got the the product
