Lumi Therapy Omdömen

Absolutely love my Lumi Ice Pod, had slight issue when the leg support torn but Lumi support were amazing and sent a replacement straight away :)

I bought a second hand Lumi Chiller/Heater that needed some mechanical work to get back to working order so I contacted customer care and liaised with Amber who was so helpful, I cant thank both her and Jamie their in house engineer enough, the communication and support was top tier and the price for the replacement part including installation was way cheaper than expected and as an added bonus they even kindly sprayed the unit back to a brand new finish. To say im pleased is a massive understatement , thankyou so much to everyone at Lumi who helped me, I highly recommend this company and their customer support team.

Ordered and arrived within 2 days. Had a query on an additional accessory (tap and hose) which was out of stock when I purchased my pool and queried when they would be back in so I could order. Lumi shipped me one free of charge which I thought was wonderful as I was more than happy to pay for this. Great customer service and great quality pool in comparison to previous ice pools I've had. Will definitely stick with Lumi going forward

Where do I start..I was looking up cold water therapy for some time and when I finally made a decision to order I was looking for product that is sleek, modern and deliver functionality. Lumi Therapy delivers it all, including the price.
If you are looking for contentment and feeling good in your own body, try cold water therapy. You don’t have to be an athlete to need this. I do normal resistant training with yoga and I am very glad I added this to my routine. It makes you think sharper and you just feel better. At first I hated this, but I was not giving up and now I kind of looking forward to this.

I am so disappointed with this purchase. I bought a Pod DUO PRO Ice Bath + Cube Chiller for my husbands birthday for the 7th of May 2025. On set up the chiller would not chill the water in the tub. So we called Lumi, again and again and again. After weeks of calls and emails they said they they would collect the chiller, thought were reluctant as it 'had been used and we did not have the original packaging, after 2 weeks of silence they emailed to say yes it is broken and we have sent you a refund. There was no discussion of a replacement which I thought was strange. So now I am left with a tub which after calling and calling (and then being told the phone lines are broken and that is why no one is answering and was told 'you can use the tub without a chiller' ??!! Why would I want to do that. Now they are refusing to collect the tub which has never been used as the chiller arrived faulty, but has had water in it as that is how we found out the chiller wasn't working. I am beside myself with what to do. It was over £1000 and 6 weeks after my husbands birthday and I have no resolution.

We’ve had our Lumi Ice Plunge for a while now Xmas present, and it’s been a total game-changer. It’s solid, easy to use, and has become an essential part of our daily wellness routine – nothing beats that post-plunge feeling of clarity and calm!

We’ve just purchased the Lumi Steam Sauna, which we’re getting ready to set up – and we’re genuinely excited to complete the contrast therapy combo. The quality looks great, and if it’s anything like the plunge, we know we’re in for a treat.

Customer service has been excellent throughout – really responsive and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lumi to anyone looking to invest in their health and wellbeing.

I needed a cover for my cold tub - Lumi had great descriptions, easy checkout and everything arrived as per expected. Great!

I crave doing the lumi with my life partner. It has become a morning routine few times a week, from when it is hot in summer to 0 degree water in winter when I made all sort of mistakes in managing the water!

J’attend le bain froid qui n’est malheureusement pas disponible mais par contre j’adore ce site ahaha

Lovely sauna, excellent results

Firstly, the company is good to deal with and the product delivers based on expectations.

Purchasing LumiTherapy was the best investment I made for my day to day life.

We love our new Lumi Recovery Pod Pro. It arrived well packaged and was simple to construct. The materials are robust and in the time we have had it the air hasn't needed to be topped up. As for the experience of plunging in ....... Invigorating. We've read about the benefits of cold water therapy before buying and now enjoy the benefits for ourselves.

Not my first ice bath from Lumi, decided to upgrade to a pro and have now completed 1000+ days around mid January. Cold water therapy is nothing short of amazing and has literally changed and saved my life. Lumi ice baths are excellent well made bits of kit and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, the bath I ordered was on back order and was shipped and delivered ahead of the original estimated date. Easy to set up and easy to clean and maintain. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend.

Its absolutely brilliant. 5* Price, product everything. Would recommend to all.

My recovery ice pod experience has been so good i wrote a poem about it!
‘ Don’t think twice
Honestly Lumi’s pod of ice ,quickly becomes your vice,
Although at first a challenge to manage ,
Once you do the satisfaction you feel is quite simply unreal!

I bought the Pod MAX Ultra Ice Bath, with the floor mat and Thermometer. The whole ordering process was really easy and simple, delivery was faster than expected and the product itself is amazing. I’m new to ice baths but so far loving it and glad I chose lumi to start the journey with.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for an ice pod.
